This sunny luxury townhouse is located on the first fairway and green of the Jack O' Lantern Resort and golf course. Equipped with a full kitchen, 42 inch HD TV and washer/dryer and free wireless internet. Look out the back windows of this 4 season town home in the summer and watch the golfers work their way up to the green, see the Hobo Railroad travel by. In the winter you can see the snow mobiles travel down corridor 11 which you have direct access to. Activities include the Pemi River to fish, kayak or tube. Attractions nearby include Owels Nest golf course, the Hobo Railroad, Lost River, Whales Tails, Clarks Trading Post, and the Kancamagus Highway . Story Land and Santa's Village are within one hour. For the skiers Loon Mountain is approx. 10 minutes, CANNON Mountain is approx. 15 minutes, Waterville and Bretton Woods are approx. 25 minutes away. You can't find a better location right off the highway near 4 ski resorts Loon, Cannon, Waterville and Bretton Woods all within 10 to 25 minutes away. You have 2 great golf courses Jack O' Lantern right on site and Owl's Nest 10 minutes away. This is a vacation spot for everyone. Hiking, swimming, kayaking, tubing, theme parks are just some of the activities available and close by.

Much needed time away!

This house is beautiful and very clean. Wonderful for a relaxing getaway. The pool area is clean and well maintained. Minutes to most attractions, great restaurants, and shopping. Great for golfers but plenty to do if you dont golf. People that stay here are very friendly. Very glad we went and we will definately be back!

Great Value!

We were 2 families, 4 adults and 4 kids and this place was perfect! The kids loved the upstairs bedroom. The adjacent loft area was like their private living room. They had their space yet we could keep an eye on them in the downstairs living area. The place was in great condition, nice and clean and comfortable (small things like fluffy towels, and plenty of supplies like garbage bags, tissues and coffee filters!).
We stayed here over Columbus Day weekend and took in the sites around the area. There's a great screened in porch/room that I wish we had time to use, there were even space heaters to take the fall chill out. Hopefully we can stay longer next time to enjoy the pool and golf. We all hope to return again.

Absolutely Wonderful!

My husband, myself and our 3 children (10,7,4) stayed at the wonderful townhouse in early August. The townhouse was beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. The layout was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room for everyone! The unit was spotless upon our arrival and everything was in pristine condition. The owners were wonderful to deal with and we will definitely be going back! We would highly recommend this townhome to anyone.
