Come unwind on our beautiful waterfront ranch, located in the Texas Hill Country. Not only do we offer privacy, but the relaxation and comfort that you and your family deserve. Along with breathtaking lake views, from every room in the house, we offer fishing in our fully stocked pond, lake swimming and even a porch swing and hammock for you to enjoy. The property is perfect for families and is 'kid-friendly'. We have a tree house for climbing and farm animals to feed along with childrens books, games and a video library. Should you choose to venture off of the ranch, you are within minutes of floating the Guadalupe river, attending a concert at Whitewater Sports or historic Gruene Hall, touring the Canyon Lake Gorge, spending the day at Schlitterbaun Water Park, Sea World or Six Flags San Antonio. There are many area boutiques, antique shops and even the San Marcos Outlet Mall. If you are a 'wine connoisseur'', enjoy one of the many area wineries that are a short drive away.

Notes: The main floor has a fully furnished kitchen, a dining room that seats 8 and a kitchen bar area that seats 4. Our sized family room extends onto a large covered deck where you can sip your morning coffee and watch the sunrise over the lake or relax after a long day of playing. The master suite has a private entrance onto the upper covered deck. Downstairs has a kitchenette, living area, 2 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, utility room along with outdoor access. We have a covered bar-b-que area with a custom built-in smoke pit, a charcoal grill and a gas grill to fire up some Texas size steaks. Just below the house we have a fully stocked pond with a lighted pier - be sure to bring your own bait and tackle! Walking, biking and horse back riding trails meander around the property along beautiful Canyon Lake. We also have a picnic table along the lakes edge.

Wedding weekend

Our stay at the "ranch" was a perfect getaway. Our expectations were far exceeded with the large family area and more than spacious guest rooms. The We were comfortably close to our desitination in Wimberley. The expansive grounds enabled us to get out and roam around enjoying beautiful views of Canyon Lake. Thanks again for such wonderful hospitality. This is one of the nicest places we have stayed. Thank you.

FEELS LIKE HOME

We all had a wonderful time. The house is spacious, plenty of open area for the kids to run around, and many attractions were very close by. We will be coming back for years to come.

Perfect Family Time

We stayed at the Ranch for our family vacation this summer, and it was a wonderful time. The grounds are beautiful, the house is cozy and the outdoor seating both on the upper deck and the outside cooking area are perfect to get together and take in the views and relax together! We had everything we needed in the house...it felt like home. The house was very cleaned and well stocked. The owner was so accommodating, friendly and personable. She made sure we had everything we needed to have the best vacation possible!! Thank you. :)

An awesome ranch!

This house has it all!! You never have to leave the property - it's all here. From the lake to the pond to the farm animals everyone will have a great time! The only thing you have to bring is your food! All kitchen essentials (plus many extras), linens, etc. are provided. Jill is a wonderful lady with a gorgeous ranch house!! Can't wait to go back!!

Unbelieveable!!!

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. We had a great time and could have not ask for anything more. We found the utensil drawer under the countertop and everything was there just like you said. Hopefully we will be back for a long weekend this year, but if not, we will be definately see you next "spring break". Everything was wonderful!
