Property is extremely well maintained and across the road from shopping and restaurants. All furniture is nearly new including a 46 inch flat screen TV high definition, Bistro table in kitchen and a casual dining room table in the dining area. Extra seating for your guests.

Pool is in the sun and overlooking the beach. Gated and security for your enjoyment. The view is great where you can see most of Sand Key and Clearwater Beach and close to a 30 acre County Park.

About The Owner

As a Former Canadian Resident I moved here to Clearwater over 30 Years ago and I know the beach areas like a back yard and I live only a half a mile from this property. I can refer you to the favorite restaurants and places where most of the locals go.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2007
Why The Owner chose Clearwater Beach

This lovely one bedroom is extra large and has splendid views of the beach and to the harbor entrance to Clearwater and it is within a 1000 feet from 5 great restaurants and a convenience store and other shops directly across the street. There are over 20 great restaurants with in a 30 minute drive. Although your main view is the Gulf of Mexico your kitchen over looks the intercoastal waterway . Public transportation is available in front of the building if required. As with many condos on Sand Key Clearwater Beach the Building managfment reguire a minium of a 30 day rental.

What makes this condo unique

All furniture is nearly new including a 46 inch flat screen TV high definition, Bistro table in kitchen and a casual dining room table in the dining area. Extra seating for your guests Pool is in the sun and overlooking the beach. Secure entry with guard. Building is heavily owner occupied and this keeps the maintenance to a high standard. Under cover parking on the second floor and next to the elevator doors.

Just wanted to say what a great place this was. It was value for money...the views and especially the sunsets were fabulous. It is ideally located for long walks on the beach and lazing by the pool. It was very convenient for shopping (many Publix, Walmarts etc) very close by. The local restaurants were awesome...Backwaters, Guppy's, Colobian, Shepherds and of course Crabby Bills.

Easy to get to Orlando, Tampa Buccaneers games etc not t o mention Spring training for many teams.

The unit was very relaxing and spacios for the 2 of us.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway

Information on this listing is misleading. The place was not clean. Stained carpet, black mold in shower, dishwasher not working, kitchen faucet loose, windows dirty, sliding doors not working well. No WI-FI. Much repair and updates needed. I would not rent here again.
Owner's Response: I respond to any problem that is brought to my attention in fact I personall check in every guest and give them my cell number .First I did not advertise wi fi it is available upon request. Secondly The dishwasher has always worked I never hada problem If the customer was unaware I would showed them how to operate. Loose sink fawcwt was brought to my attention and repaired. Windows are cleaned 4 times a year bad timing they canot be cleaned from inside Small spot in bath cleaned at checkout
I wish they would have spoke to me while they were there
This is the first complaint in three years and I have many repeat and mostly happy guests
