Duboce Triangle Apartment Rental Photos and Description
Apartment, 8 Bedrooms, 4 Baths, (Sleeps 16)
153 and 155 Noe St. ( http://www.vrbo.com/8647
and http://www.vrbo.com/407770 ) Two 4 bedroom flats in the same building. Our great San Francisco vacation rentals are located in the heart of San Francisco. We are renting these two beautiful Victorian flats in the heart of San Francisco as one unit. Perfect for an extended family traveling together, a family reunion or perhaps a business group - it's only 2 blocks from public transportation.
The building is a newly refurbished 1892 Victorian Building. There are 2 four bedroom flats that are open, airy and spacious with 12' high ceilings - 2000 sq ft - and hardwood floors. Both flats have full kitchens, washer/dryer, high speed internet, FREE garage parking for 2 cars, and all units are beautifully decorated.
The location can't be beat! Public transportation is all around, Safeway (grocery store), the great Duboce Park (which also has a great little playground), a hospital (CPMC Davies Campus), restaurants galore (many with great outdoor seating), and a proximity to all points of the city that is hard to beat, not to mention the J Church runs right on and picks up passengers on Duboce. There is also a metro station at Church and Market. The streets are lined with mature trees and most buildings in the neighborhood are Victorians.

As for the weather, it's great! San Francisco neighborhoods all have different micro-climates. Our neighborhood tends to be sunny in the summer, thanks to the ridge to the west (blocks the fog) and sunny in the winter. Wind is not too bad either.
If you don't need this much room, ask about renting just one of the flats.
- children welcome
- wheelchair inaccessible
- pets not allowed
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters
- non smoking only
Why The Owner chose Duboce Triangle
We love SF and our neighborhood. We live in the suburbs and San Francisco gives us the culture that the suburbs can't. Walking to local restaurants, taking metro to Union Square for shopping, walking to the local market and flower shop....My children have been exposed to city life. My parents and grandmother also love coming into the city. All of them were born in San Francisco. My children are the 5th generation that consider themselves San Franciscans.
What makes this apartment unique
Our neighborhood is safe and friendly. The public transportation can't be beat. We walk to everything and take metro daily.
