CHARMING COTTAGE STEPS TO PRIVATE BAY BEACH

The Sunset - 'The Yellow Cottage' is very close to the beach, (about 100 walking steps to the stairs that go down the dune). Our semi-private beach is along the Cape Cod Bay, which has warm water and no under tow - perfect for families of all ages. It has two decks with outdoor furniture, charcoal grill, clothesline and is tucked away from the main dirt road. The modern kitchen has a full-sized refrigerator, a full-sized gas stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots and pans, and utensils. Hardwood floors throughout, the living room has a fireplace, couch, two or more chairs and a 32' flat screen TV with lots of cable channels. There is also a wall heater for cool weather if you need it.

The dining table is placed in front of the picture window. This cottage accommodates seven people with three twins, a bunk with full/double on bottom and single on top and also a queen. The full sized bath with tub and shower is between the queen and the twin rooms. The twin bedroom and also the bunk bedroom with a single bed have window air-conditioning units. It also has a new private large outdoor shower with hot and cold water that you will really enjoy.
