Golf, Shopping, Museums, Art, Hiking, Grand Canyon is only 2 1/2 hour drive, Hot Air Ballooning, Skiing in Flagstaff which is 2 hours drive north, Baseball Spring Training, Nascar, Fiesta Bowl- January, Casino, Phoenix Zoo, Desert Adventures. Airport - PHX.

5 Hour drive to Los Angeles or Las Vegas.

We are a mile off the I-10, and close to everything, in the West Valley.

We are 1 1/2 miles from the Cancer Treatment Center of America.

No SMOKING and NO Pets.

Great Location in Phoenix Area--Goodyear!: Our Arizona home is in a great location for any activity you have for your vacation plans. Quick access to Nascar, sporting events, golf, golf and more golf, great restaurants, shopping, desert hiking, hot-air balloon rides, horseback riding, and more! We are a 2 1/2 hour drive to the Grand Canyon. A five hour car ride to Las Vegas, and a 5 hour drive to Los Angeles. There are many museums in the Phoenix area. Explore a great flea market about 10 minutes west of our home, on I -10. It's all here, in sunny Arizona!

Professionally designed.: Our Arizona home has been professionally designed for your comfort. Soft colors that create a relaxing atmosphere for your restful time back at the casa. When you are not in the mood for eating out, enjoy all the amenities of the home's kitchen, or dine in the backyard patio, which is equipped with a stainless steel gas grill, and outdoor refrigerator/freezer. Table and chairs provide outdoor seating for three.

Our kitchen is equipped with all new stainless steel appliances: stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Enoy!

We have a NO PETS policy-- thank you. NO SMOKING policy-inside or out.

Office/Den--3rd bedroom: Our 3rd bedroom doubles as an office/den space for those who need to take a bit of work with you on vacation. Office printer, phone, and high speed internet access. The sofa chair is easily transformed into a twin bed, as needed. This room is comfortable and functional.

Goodyear, the All American City has golf, golf and more golf. We are 10 minutes from the Glendale sporting area, 2 minutes from I -10, and 20 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor. Nascar fans and baseball's spring training fans will be close to your destination from our one-level home. Countless restaurants are close at hand from quick eats to gourmet meals. Luke Air Force base is a 10 minute drive north. Beautiful views of the Estrella Mountains can be seen from our backyard. Our home is located in a quiet, cul-de-sac neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Great location to get to any area of the West Valley and beyond! Affordable, comfortable, and professionally designed.

Other Activities: 2 1/2 drive to the Grand Canyon. 5 hour drive to Los Angeles or Las Vegas. 2 1/2 hour drive to Mexico border.

Golf: Golf, golf and more golf! There are over 300 golf courses in the Phoenix-Scottsdale areas of Arizona. This is a golfer's paradise. Winter travelers, leave your skis at home and bring those clubs for some great golfing at a variety of courses, and a variety of prices. (To ski, Flagstaff is only a 2 hour drive north). And did we mention we are a 10 minute drive to the major sports arenas; University of Phoenix Stadium (where the Cardinals play), Jobbing Arena,(where the Coyotes play and MORE). Hop on the I -10, and you are there!

Our backyard is enclosed with a block fence for your privacy. The patio has a misting system for the hot summer months. There is a gas grill and an outdoor refrigerator/freezer. Patio table with 3 chairs. Park in the garage for inside home access.

Wow! Great home. Perfect location for vacation plans. We enjoyed the Frank Lloyd Wright site, Botanical Gardens, Heard Museum & the drive to Sedona. Left info flyers in foyer desk for future visitors.
