Building was built in 2005 so all is new and fresh. Parking, secured elevator lobby, spacious and fully equipped units. 2 bedrooms- master w/ queen bed and t.v. common area is roomy. Full equipped kitchen TV cable w/ DVD players. 3 sliding patio doors onto large balcony overlooking downtown Baltimore ave and ocean views. Sleeps max of 6 people. Park and walk to all attractions, beach, boardwalk, restaurants, marinas, stores. Pleasant accommodations, convenient locale. we rent weeklies from friday to friday, or miniweeks at friday to monday or monday to friday.

Great location & plenty of room

Elliott's on the Avenue is located in the heart of downtown, only a block from the boardwalk. There was plenty of free parking, an elevator and ample room for our whole family. We brought our teenage son, young son, grandmother and great-grandmother. There was room for all of us and it made for a great getaway. Incredible views from the balcony of the Ferris wheel. Walking distance to the fishing pier, rides and of course right across the street from the beach.
We're already planning our next trip back.

Close to all the Action

We stayed here for a mini-week in July. The apartment is very nice and looks just like the pictures. The balcony is very large and has chairs to sit on. We have a 15 month old so it was great being able to use the stroller and walk everywhere. The location isn't to loud, but I wouldn't stay in this apartment for Bike Week since it is on a main road. The beach is very close so we made 2 trips to the beach each day. We could even run back to the apartment if we forgot something.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

awesome week

Perfect place for all ages. Teens were able to go on the boardwalk and beach easily. Apartment was clean and well maintained. had everything you need. Park the car for the week, walk to almost everything. Can't wait to go again.

Great Place to Stay!

We stayed here mid-August. The location is great and the condo is very neat and clean. The only small downfall is there's only one bathroom, but at least that was roomy enough. This condo is located directly behind the Atlantic Hotel, which is off of the boardwalk. The owners were very friendly. Overall our stay was great.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

Great Location/Great Unit/Lot's of noise!

This Condo was in a great location for the beach and the boardwalk. No need for a vehicle. Condo was spacious. Great views. Secure. It's is a great location for small children in a way b/c you can walk everywhere. The only down fall though is if you have small children and they go to bed early. The boardwalk/pier is directly across the street, the music continues until at least 12 and with all the lights on the boardwalk the rooms are very bright at night even with the blinds/curtains closed!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, People with Disabilities
