NEW BUILDING IN THE HEART OF DOWNTOWN OCEAN CITY FRESH & CONVENIENT

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo actually exceeded our expectations because it was much larger than it appeared in the photos. We had 4 ppl and there was plenty of room. We especially enjoyed the deck off of the front of the building and the parking was ideal. The owners were especially accomodating to all of our needs and the condo was very clean. I would recommend this condo to adults as well as families because the amusement rides are so close. My only recommended improvement would be an upgrade on the mattresses/bedding - they were not comfortable. I would not recommend this condo to families with very young children because it is on a busy street and the noise would not be ideal for an early bedtime. Overall, it is a great place to stay!

Elliott's on the Avenue is located in the heart of downtown, only a block from the boardwalk. There was plenty of free parking, an elevator and ample room for our whole family. We brought our teenage son, young son, grandmother and great-grandmother. There was room for all of us and it made for a great getaway. Incredible views from the balcony of the Ferris wheel. Walking distance to the fishing pier, rides and of course right across the street from the beach.
We're already planning our next trip back.

We stayed here for a mini-week in July. The apartment is very nice and looks just like the pictures. The balcony is very large and has chairs to sit on. We have a 15 month old so it was great being able to use the stroller and walk everywhere. The location isn't to loud, but I wouldn't stay in this apartment for Bike Week since it is on a main road. The beach is very close so we made 2 trips to the beach each day. We could even run back to the apartment if we forgot something.
