Experience the best of coastal Maine in this stunning new home on the shore of Walker’s Pond. The main level of the cottage has a large, two story living room with granite fireplace and access to deck overlooking the water, family room with tv/vcr for movies, spacious kitchen with breakfast nook, master bedroom with private deck, master bath with a large whirlpool tub and 4’x6’ walk-in shower, and an additional bedroom and half bath. The ground floor consists of a game area with ping pong table, washer and dryer, and screened in porch. The upper floor is comprised of one large bedroom, full bath, and loft with pull-out couch and ample floor space for extras. There are many places within this cottage to relax and unwind with views of the pond, and you can experience the pond itself from the beach in front of the house. Walker’s Pond is a quiet two mile pond with excellent opportunities for swimmers of all ages- shallow near shore for children and progressively deeper for adults.
