GREAT PLACE FOR FAMILIES!!

This house rental was fantastic for our big family. We took our 5 children-ages 3-21. Everyone had something to do at all times. The activities were abundant from fishing, canoeing, to shopping in the little town of Cape Charles & of course just relaxing on the beach! The kids enjoyed looking for hermit crabs too not to mention the few blue crabs they caught as well. All were released!

This house is just across the street from the beach so we were able to run home for lunch or bathroom breaks. The sunsets were absolutely gorgeous, a must see!

Just a 10 minute drive down the road is the world famous "Stingrays" restaurant - the kids loved their homemade milkshakes. We spent the day at Chincoteague - just a 45 minute drive from the rental. The kids haven't stopped talking about the wild horses they saw. We also spent the day at the Virginia Beach Aquarium & Marine Science Center. This was also 45 minutes from the rental. We saw sharks, sea turtles, sea lions & the kids got to touch baby stingrays & horseshoe crabs.

This trip was a very memorable event in our lives & we would definately go back again & again. We ALL would highly recommend this rental!!

This house is located directly across street from the beach access. Downtown Cape Charles is a short pleasant stroll away. Fishing/Sightseeing Pier is 2 blocks away. I play golf and Bay Creek has both a Palmer and a Nicklaus track less than 5 minutes away. Oversized patio in rear was awesome for afternoon and evening activities. Patio is completely in shade by noon. House had been freshly painted and clean. Will definitly be back and will recommend to all my friends and family.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children
