You will be welcomed by our property manager, Owner Direct Vacation Rentals (ODVR), at 1610 Hwy 17S in North Myrtle Beach. They will present you at check in with a discount card offering savings on attractions and restaurants during your visit. They can provide you with the best golf packages on the Grand Strand. ODVR is your point of contact and they offer renters concierge, maintenance, and other services needed when visiting.

This clean & crisp golf villa is a spacious unit with 2 BR 2 BA, a fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and a rear covered porch overlooking the golf course. New for 2012 flat screen tvs, freshly painted bedrooms, guest bath, and living room; Beds are 1 King( split) and 2 twins and Queen sofa sleeper. The community pool is very close to this unit, and the shuttle stop at the entrance to this community takes you back and forth to the ocean during peak season. The 2300-acre master planned resort is nestled in a tropical paradise just across the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway. Barefoot hosts four championship golf courses: Fazio, Dye, Love, and Norman.

Just minutes away from this beautiful resort are many restaurants and shopping centers to fulfill your vacation needs. Located just across the Intracoastal Waterway is Barefoot Landing, which hosts over one hundred shops and restaurants. Next door to Barefoot Landing is The Alabama Theater, Alligator Adventure, and The House of Blues. We had an amazing time there and the condo is located close by to everything you could want to do!! The condo had everything that you would need on a vacation and some. The kids had a lot of fun at the nearby pool and the people were very friendly. Will definitely go back next year!!
