The beach is accessed from the bottom of the property via a pathway down the hillside.

Features include a formal paneled living room offering two seating areas, a formal dining room which comfortably seats twelve, a spacious kitchen with ice machine and wet bar and 5 newly renovated ensuite bathrooms. The 5 bedrooms comfortably sleep 10 with two singles in each room.

There is a grassy terrace overlooking the view with various seating areas both covered and al fresco. A beautiful tiled veranda with picnic table, benches and chairs is located off the dining room which takes advantage of the sea breezes. The owner’s housekeeper is included in the rate working three days per week.
