Photos and Description of the Old Town vacation condo rental
Ski in/Ski out! 2 BR condo right in downtown!

See some films and this reservation covers three days of Sundance. Then ski in and ski out all day! Super deal at $2,500 for the full week. The unit features a large master bedroom with a king bed. The bath is big with a whirlpool tub. The living room has a fireplace, window seats perfect as children's beds, and a fold out sofa. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a fold out sofa. All of the units have been recently renovated.

You will enjoy the convenience of excellent free parking right under the building and the mountain views are really good, only steps to a ski lift. You can store your skis right next to the ticket window and only a few feet to the base of the Town Lift, all complementary. The location is perfect for an easy vacation. You can also get the shuttle to Deer Valley and Canyons at a stop just below the Town Lift.

Since this is a time share, the exact location will vary but as an owner's guest, you will receive priority over renters in getting the best view units. I will help you out with this process since we have stayed there a lot.

There are no occupancy or sales taxes but you have to do your own daily maid service but they will provide all of the towels and linens and other supplies you may need. Marriott will provide daily housekeeping for an additional fee.

Full Villa, $3000 EARLY BIRD SPECIAL for the week, current best Marriott daily discount rate is $550 plus tax. Please contact me for rates if you want rent only the lock-out studio unit or the 1 bedroom unit separately. I can split them.

About The Owner

I live in San Diego and work as a real estate broker. I am married to a California State Judge. We have two boys in college. Until this coming year, high school soccer prevented us from using our unit during our school's Ski Week. We had to rent our units for the past four years and those renting them have been very happy. References on request. We miss going there but will start going back next year if we can get college schedules aligned.

Why The Owner chose Old Town

For the ski-in ski-out privilege and for the Marriott system. We like staying downtown and the location of the condo is incredibly handy. Excellent parking under the building and the views are really good. The unit is very comfortable and kids love amenities. Also you get free ski check privileges across the street. Leave your unit and be on the Town Lift in minutes, or walk pass the lift and grab the shuttle to Deer Valley or Canyons.

What makes this condo unique

Since this is a time share, the exact location will vary. If you rent from me, you will have priority over those renting from Marriott in terms of unit location. I can assist you in that process.

Great location in Old downtown Park City. Walk to the best of everything plus ski-in/ski out. You can store your skis free next to the lifts and walk across a pedestrian bridge and into your unit. Perfect for those who want to walk around at night. If you have a car, excellent and free garage parking underneath with elevator.

Notes: Free ski storage at Town Lift, just steps from the unit, makes it very convenient for skiing. Excellent game room and pool area with four spas. The pool is an indoor and outdoor type and one large spa is inside. Perfect for watching kids or hanging out. Restaurants and ski shops located on the ground floor along main street under the front buildings of Summit Watch. Very convenient to all. The ski shop gives an additional discount to those staying at Summit Watch.
