Our stay at Fine View was one of the best experiences we have had in Florida. The house was perfect and the Ocean access is wonderful. We sat out on the deck every night and listened to the beautiful sounds of the Gulf. I can't wait for the day that we get to stay at Fine View again.

Wonderful stay at Fine View!

Just returned from a week's vacation at Fine View with family and friends. The house is laid out to take full advantage of the beautiful Gulf Views from the kitchen and living areas. We grilled out and ate dinner every night on the large deck overlooking the ocean. The single floor layout was very convenient, and the arrangement of the bedrooms allowed plenty of privacy for everyone. Would definitely go back.

Perfect! Just what we needed.

The view was amazing with beautiful sunsets. Very quiet and relaxing. Just what we needed to unwind. We have stayed in multi-level houses on the gulf before, but having everything on one floor was such a delight. Great for families. The house and grounds are very well maintained. The living room furniture has actually been upgraded since the photos were taken. It now has a nice pale blue micro-fiber sofa and loveseat. We liked that it was very quiet around us, but Seaside was just 5.4 miles from the house and had great shopping and restaurants, plus evening activities for the kids. Destin, Panama City and Rosemary Beach were also short drives away. Highly recommend!

We've been coming to 30A for the passed seven years. We've always wanted a place to return to, and think this time, we finally found it. This is a great house, with lots of room on one level. And of course, the best thing of all is the double sliding glass doors that allow you to see the white sand and emerald waters from sun up to sundown. We loved it, hated to leave !!
