One of Mexico's most relaxed destinations...

The condo guests enjoy the same privileges as the hotel guests including access to all of the hotel amenities: 1,300 feet (400m) long private sand beach, four fine restaurants, three bars, two swimming pools, a tennis court, a gymnasium, and a massage room.
- Ocean front view from every room
- Marble floors throughout the condo

- Two full size bathrooms with marble floors and walls
- A private swimming pool on one of the balconies
- Hotel provides daily cleaning, toiletries, fresh towels and linens
- Dry Cleaning & Laundry
Where to Eat: While in Huatulco, try typical Oaxacan cuisine, one of the most exquisite in Mexico. You will find three fine restaurants at the hotel offering international and Mexican delicacies:
Japanese-Mexican cuisine with a French accent, a romantic gastronomic experience on the beach under the stars in the sky.
The most select dishes from the international cuisine with a delicate regional touch plus the Nouvelle Cuisine from Oaxaca.
Club De Playa
The freshest seafood and region’s specialties. It features a private pool and a magnificent view of the Tangolunda Bay.
Bel La Grill
Another fantastic view of the bay. Traditional American & Mexican buffet breakfast.
There is also a very good Las Cupulas restaurant at a nearby Quinta Real hotel (a 15 minute walk or 5 minutes by taxi). Serves international and regional cuisine indoors or on the terrace overlooking the bay. Breathtaking view.
The most Eastern bay is Conejos Bay. You will find there a small restaurant where you can enjoy simple fresh seafood, and a cold beer. You can walk across the short ridge and snorkel on Playa Maguey. There is a beautiful coral reef and rock formations. This small bay is lined with restaurants and palapas.
Oregano, Cacaluta with high sand dunes, and Chachacual bays are undeveloped, accessed only by boat or hiking. According to the development plan much of this area will remain in its natural state.
San Augustin is the most Western bay. It can be accessed only by boat or dirt road. Many reefs make it ideal for diving.
A very good snorkeling is at La Entrega beach, but almost everywhere along the coast you will find coral reefs and rich marine life to give you an unforgettable snorkeling experience. San Augustin, Chahue and Maguey bays are particularly good.
Deep Sea Fishing
Yellowfin tuna and big mahi-mahi (dorado, bull-dolphin) season is from the end of November until March. Then until the end of May the fishing is slower, but still good. You can catch mahi-mahi, wahoo, smaller yellowfin tuna. Sailfish season starts in June and peaks in July and August. July is also good for blue marlin that you can catch just about 5 miles from shore.
Cacaluta Bay and La Montosa Reefs, El Tigre and the sunken ship at El Bufadero are excellent spots for diving.
Nadia & Vladimir are living in Central New York. Both of them are engaged in international business. They enjoy international travel together with their children.
Vladimir & Nadia Kovalenko purchased this condo in 2004
They used to travel extensively to Mexico on business and fell in love with Huatulco on their first visit. They rented this condo for their vacation and two years later they purchased it.
This condo has the best ocean view in the resort. It has two balconies, one has a splash pool. The condo which is ~ 1100 sq ft has a newly renovated kitchen with granite countertops and solid wood cabinets. Marble floors all over the condo create cooling atmosphere in hot weather. The set up of the condo makes it very private.
The condo in Camino Real Zaashila turned out to be one of our favorite stays in Oaxaca. Not only did it have the most spectacular view we could have imagined, it also was one of the most comfortable places with central A/C, pillow top king size bed, refreshing dipping pool, plenty of hot water with gorgeous bathrooms, comfortable sofas with view, even a gorgeous view from the master bedroom. The hotel itself was very beautiful with meticulously landscaped gardens and an awesome swimming pool with just steps to the beach...There were two restaurants on the grounds, both were very good. The most romantic dinner we had was at the Palapa restaurant one night, the restaurant was actually just a few feet away from the shoreline next to the beautiful little corner bay cove. It was outdoors, lit up with lamps, with lovely Spanish Jazz music playing, and very elegant tableware and food. Meanwhile you could hear the waves rushing to the shore......The entire area of Huatulco was surprisingly easy to get around by car, new roads, good signage, La Crucecita was very clean and sweet, lots of good places to eat...would definately stay at Vladimir and Nadia's place the next time we're in Huatulco...
Really enjoyed the condo large bedroom, the 2 bathrooms and the great balcony splash pool. Could not get internet in room, but used free wifi near reception area.Would have liked the DVD player to be operational as I brought DVDs - TV channels limited.Change the cushions on the patio chairs as they are worn out and torn. The staff were terrific and did a great job of pool and room cleaning.
The view from the condo balconies was amazing! The gradual hill climb and the steps up to the condo were our daily workout! Couldn't swim on the beach as the surf was too high and the under-toe too strong, but enjoyed walking along the beach and sitting under the huts. The pool was perfect and the bar and restaurant poolside very convenient, as were the 2 for 1's at one o'clock although not a minute before - very precise bartender!! Had a great breakfast at Terra Cotta in La Crucecita and then bought great fruit at the produce market a few streets away then stocked up on groceries, liquor and snacks ( their pastries are delicious) at Super Che. Ate out for supper every night at the hotel beach side and Binnis Don Porfirio across from Dreams, Les Portales, Dona Celias La Terraza in Santa Cruz after a swim. Take a cool beer to have in the airport when you leave as it can be hot while waiting for your departure! A wonderful, quiet break, just what we needed.
Huatulco is a beautiful and very safe area of Mexico. We found not many Americans vacation here and that is a shame since it is every bit as beautiful as any Carribean Island we have visited. The town of La Crucecita is perfect for shopping and the many beaches in the area offer lots of choices. Our favorite was the beach at Camino Real as was the condo we stayed in which was at the top of the hill with a fabulous view of the beach and bay. The amenities were excellent with excellent service from the staff. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The owners of the condo from whom we rented were very informative and extremely easy to work with. We would highly recommend a trip to the area and a stay in this condo. In the XVI century Huatulco was frequently visited by famous pirates like Francis Drake and Thomas Cavendish. Today it is truly one of the most beautiful areas on the Mexican Pacific Coast. It stretches from East to West along 18 miles of coastline and encompasses nine pristine bays, Conejos, Tangolunda, Chahue, Santa Cruz, Maguey, Organo, Cacaluta, Chachacual and San Agustin. So far three major bays have been developed, Tangolunda, Santa Cruz, and Chahue.
Tangolunda Bay is home to luxury hotels (Camino Real Zaashila and Quinta Real being the best), two commercial centers, restaurants, and an 18-hole golf course.
Chahue Bay is the newest development. There are several restaurants with more under construction.
Santa Cruz Bay was originally a small fishing village. Upscale and palapa style restaurants line the beach. Santa Cruz also has several small shopping areas and the marina. You will also find Playa La Entrega beach on this bay. The beaches here are excellent for swimming
Other Activities: shopping, boating, parasailing, shelling, wildlife viewing
Golf: The resort has a golf club (Campo de Golf Tangolunda) open to public, which is located within 5-7 minutes walk from the condo. This golf course has the reputation of being one of the best public courses in Mexico (18-hole golf course par 72, championship category with 6,851 yards). The course offers you both challenge and beauty. From the last hole you can enjoy a panoramic view of Tangolunda Bay.
