My 10th floor condo is clean, well maintained and cared for...'it's Mom Approved!'. Comfortable, cozy decor, fully stocked kitchen, lots of fluffy towels, bedding, and more!
The Sunbird also has Beach Service right outside the door! Rent beach chairs/umbrellas, floats, boogie boards, boats, kayaks, or schedule parasail and bananna boat rides and even dolphin encounters...something for everyone!
If you are like me and enjoy SUNNING, SHOPPING and DINING OUT, then you are definitely in the RIGHT PLACE!!
My condo on the 10th Floor of the family-oriented gated Sunbird Condominium complex, is comfortable, tastefully decorated, and Clean Clean Clean! It is owned and maintained by me, so you are assured of personal attention and assistance when renting.
I have installed beautiful 16'' ceramic tile floor (great for easy cleanup!) and a convenient key less door entry (no worry about losing keys in the sand or making sure the kids can get back in by themselves!!). The unit also has a flat screen TV, DVD & VCR, sofa with full size sleeper (stocked with plenty of linens for both, plus a memory foam topper as well!). The condo is also fully stocked with towels, washcloths, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, and the kitchen has full-size appliances, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, and plenty of pots, pans, dishes and silverware.
*Free: Wi-Fi inside the unit and around the property;
*Free: Local telephone calls;
*Free: Cable TV; 50' flat screen TV!
*Free: Beach chairs to take outside; or rent the larger chairs & umbrellas from the Beach Service;;
*Free: Unit is stocked with games, magazines, books, cards and movies for those quiet times in!
After arriving, you just need to stock up the kitchen with your favorite food and beverages...there is a Walmart located just around the corner!
However, if you don't feel like cooking in or driving anywhere, then just walk right next door to the famous Pineapple Willy's Restaurant for lunch or dinner, or sit outside on their tiki bar pier for drinks and watch the sun set! Be sure to buy a tee-shirt or mug from their gift shop too!
