Remodeled Condo/Studio with Kitchen, close to Lifts, (Sleeps1-2), by Owner

Our Main floor Condo/Studio has been completely remodeled in 2008. But some new furniture and appliances we have purchased in 2012-2013. Condo has full kitchen with full size fridge, stove, dining and coffee areas, new furniture and new appliances, comfortable queen size bed, jetted tub, ceiling fans, in room ski storage, free cable TV, DVD player, free WIFI, free 1 car's parking (open and underground). New A/C -Heater unit. Studio includes all bedding and linen, towels, cutlery, crockery and sauce pans. Also we have toaster, microvawe, coffee/tea maker, hairdryer, iron and iron board. Coin laundry facilities next door from Studio on the same floor. For your convenience and security we have the electronic key pad on the door and you will not need in any other check in-we shall send you the access code in your Booking Confirmation. Our building has an Elevator.

This Condo/Studio has great in town location -very close to ALL YOU NEED:

Park City Ski Resort and Deer Valley Ski Resort are within few minutes from home.

Historiacal Main Street (Old Town) with a lot of shops, bars, restaurants is less then 1 Mile away.

Canyons Ski Resort is about 4 Miles.

Just few steps from home there is a great Trail along the mountains for hiking, biking, x-country skiing.

Headquarters of the International Sundance Film Festival is in the next door at Park City Marriott Hotel. Many Movie Theatres,restaurants, clubs, Bars are within minutes walk from home. Condo is just few steps from Free Bus Route. Free Buses runs from the morning to late night every 15 minutes.

All year Heated outdoor swimming pool and indoor hot tub are just 1 level down by elevator which is great for relax after a day of any activities. Hot tub was remodeled in 2011.

Salt Lake City Airport -36 miles.

About Tamara Okhinchenko

I and my husband Leland are retired now. Before this Lee worked as Real Estate Appraiser for the County, I was an Engineer. Both of us love the Nature and both of us are active. We love ski, fishing, swimming and just walking in mountains or in Old City. So we have purcased this lovely condo in 2008 to visit Park City from time to time just to completely relax, enjoy fresh and cleen air, and have great time in any season.

This condo/studio is in excellent condition and situated in excellent location. Plus it is afordable and very comfortable for 1-2 people vacation. The property was completely remodeled in 2008, super clean and very convinient located. Before we have purchased this property we rent the room in Park City Marriott which is the next building. So we knew this great area of Park City: close to everything! Park City Resort, Deer Valley Resort, Main Street within minutes from home. Walking distance to several Restaurants, bars, clubs, movie theatres.

great location for a Park city skier

Tamara and Lee provided me with an excellent condo for my stay. Everything was in wonderful order and there were many, many little things that made the experience better. For example they left a television listing sheet and a cloth to clean the TV screen. The fact that the washer-dryer was two doors away was another benefit. The condo is on the first floor of the building, another good thing. Everything was "first class"
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, People with Disabilities

I enjoyed my stay very much! It doesn't hurt that it was Sunny and in the upper 70's every day. I biked about 4 Hrs a day for 6 days and couldnt get enough of the Awesome trails.
