This nice town house with pool is situated in the beautiful village of Sineu in the centre of the island. The apartment in the annex has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 panty kitchen, SAT TV and central heating. Studio1 and Studio 2 in the main house have each with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a panty kitchen, Sat TV and central heating. They are perfect for families with kids or friends who like to join for holidays. Renting the whole house is possible, please contact me for an offer.

Sineu, one of the originelly villages where the former king had his residence. It’s a perfect base for excursions all over the island. Situated in the centre more or less 30 min. to any spot on the coast or to Palma and the Airport. The village has various supermarkets, pharmacies, a lot of bars and restaurants as well as several typical Majorcan cellers. Market day is Wednesday. Next bigger towns are Inca and Manacor, both also reachable by train. The train connects Palma with Manacor. A nice sight seeing trip.

Ich und meine Familie waren im August in der Sa Posada.
Es war wirklich super.Unser Sohn Tim 7 Monate und auch wir haben uns in diesem Urlaub sehr gut erholt.Wir haben in unserem Ferienhaus auch noch wirklich nette Leute kennen gelernt.

Wir waren im September in der Sa Posada und sind total begeistert! Es ist traumhaft idyllisch dort und sehr ruhig und erholsam. Áus Liebe zum Detail ist alles sehr schön eingerichtet und dekortiert. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder dort hin!

Wir haben schon mehrfach unsere Mallorca-Urlaube in der Sa Posada verbracht und "mehrfach" bedeutet, dass wir immer wieder gerne an diesen idyllischen Ort mitten in Sineu zurück gekehrt sind. Die Appartements sind liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und sauber, ebenso der Pool und die Gartenanlage. Entspannung ist hier garantiert. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist astrein und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wer in der Sa Posade absteigt, kann sich auf einen wunderbaren Urlaub freuen.

Erholung pur !

Zum zweiten mal waren wir in 2007 in der Sa Posade und schätzen die Ruhe mitten in Sineu. Die Sa Posade hat alles um sich zu erholen und die Seele baumeln zu lassen, keine Stress und keine Menschenmassen. Nur am Markttag ist viel Trubel in Sineu, der aber ab Mittag vorbei ist. Die gesamte Sa Posada ist wünderschön und sehr gepflegt. Der Garten mit Pool lässt nicht den Strand vermissen. Wie werden bestimmt in 2008 die eine oder andere Woche hier verleben. Wir haben hier unsere Oase auf Mallorca gefunden.
