Condo, 1 Bedroom + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath, (Sleeps 2-4)

This seventh floor unit has a gulf view and is located on world-famous Crescent Beach. its unique 99% quartz, sugar-fine sand has been judged the 'world's finest and whitest'. The sand reflects the sun's rays so it's always cool to walk on-even on the hottest days. The beach slopes gradually to provide safe, carefree, enjoyable wading and swimming.

Have your morning coffee on the lanai with a beautiful view of the gulf. Take a walk on the beach to look for shells or gaze at the dolphins in the beautiful blue/green water. There are so many activities to fill your day. Go golfing at one of the many championship courses, shop at the many quaint village shops, or just relax and let the warm sea breeze and shimmering water transport you to your own personal paradise.

Enjoy a delicious meal at one of many interesting restaurants that are available. End your day watching a spectacular sunset and a moonlit stroll on Crescent Beach.

Our condo has been beautifully redone! New granite, tile, furniture, evervthing! The living room has a new sleeper sofa and recliner, 2 reading lamps, and a 46' flat-screen TV. The bedroom has a new king-size bed, end table and lamp, dresser and loveseat. It also has a brand new 32' flat-screen TV.

This is the ONLY one-bedroom unit in Crescent Arms.
