Hale Ku’ono is a 3 story 3BR / 4BA home right on Kona Bay. Watch the Spinner Dolphins frolic, para sailors floating above and outrigger canoes paddling by as you enjoy your morning coffee on the wrap lanai.

The first floor has a large open kitchen with state of the art appliances, granite counter tops and Cherry cabinets. A dining room table that seats eight and living/media room for relaxing and entertainment. There is a queen sofa bed and half bath. Second floor has 2 bedrooms, a Queen with its own private bath with tub, shower, and walk in closet. Also in this bedroom is a desk with a fax/copier, phone, HP All-In-One Printer, and Wireless Router. A second Oceanfront King with its own lanai, private bath with tub and shower and walk in closet. The master suite consists of the whole third floor with King Bed, jetted stand alone tub, walk in shower with two shower heads, toilet and bidet. There is large walk-in closet, and spacious private wrap lanai for those evening sunsets.

Pure Luxury

The home was extremely comfortable. Every thing we could possibly need for our vacation was provided. The views from the house were amazing from vibrant sunsets every evening, surfers out front, cruise ships docked, to spinner dolphins playing in front every morning. We can't wait to return in the very near future.

House on the Bay - Alii Drive Gem

Many thanks to Kona Sunset Vacation Rentals for helping us locate the perfect oceanfront home. We were so pleased with the location, the amenities and of course the ocean just feet away from the lanai. The layout and decor of the home is very functional and beautiful with an ocean view from every room. Great care and attention has been taken to ensure guests are comfortable and feel welcome. Being a chef, I also want to point out that kitchen has every cooking appliance and tool you would ever need! Many thanks again to Wayne and the Kona Sunset team.
