This charming home with 3 bedroom/2.5 bath is a perfect retreat from the busy mainstream. In the summer, guests may set on the large deck overlooking a rolling meadow and watch the wild life stroll by. In the winter after a long day of skiing, it is perfect to seat in the cozy family room by the fire. The home’s country-style is filled with unpretentious allure. The main level hosts an open floor plan with a cozy setting/dining area and kitchen. The large bedrooms on the upper level invite a wonderful night of sleep. The lower level is a great getaway room with additional sleeping capacity and recreational area.

Guest enjoy the many amenities of the recently renovated Birchwood Country Club that includes 27 holes of golf, 10 tennis courts, heated pool, fitness center, Pro Shop and dining. There are special golf rates available for guest staying seven nights or more. There are miles of walking trails, cross-country skiing on Birchwood’s groomed trails in the winter and Boyne Mountain and Nub’s Nob just 15 minutes away.

What makes this house unique

As part of the Birchwood community, guest have full access to the miles of groomed cross-country skiing and snowshoeing during the winter. In the summer, guest have full use of the three outstanding courses (frequently referred to as the "Masters of the North"), 10 tennis courts, heated pool, Pro Shop, fitness center, various dining venues.

Homeowner is very interested on long term rentals.
