The two homes are friendly and tasteful furnished and decorated. On our creek you can enjoy the Florida Wildlife and it's very private, a canoe belongs to our houses. This houses makes you feel home from the first moment. Distances to Siesta Key Beach and Casey Key Beach are approx.10 minutes by car. Distances to Sarasota Square Mall, Publix and Target are approx. 3 min. by car.

The new home is friendly and tasteful furnished and decorated. With an about 1,950 sqft. living area under air, the house provides a master suite with master bath, whirlpool and shower, two guest bedrooms with one guest bathroom, which is enough space for 6 people. The living room has a big screen and a fireplace. The pool is solar heated and facing south. It is completely caged and is very private, on the backside there is a nice creek and a canoe belongs to the house. This house makes you feel home from the first moment. Distances to Siesta Key Beach and Casey Key Beach are approx.10 minutes by car. Distances to Sarasota Square Mall, Publix and Target are approx. 3 min. by car.

Cordes de Lux - zwei Wochen Sonne im November

Absolut empfehlenswert: großzügige Raumaufteilung, hochwertige Ausstattung, sehr gepflegter Zustand. Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an wie zu Hause gefühlt und kommen jedenfalls gern wieder. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, traumhafte Strände (Nokomis Beach, Siesta Key Beach) mit ausreichenden Parkplätzen und sauberen Sanitäreinrichtungen innerhalb 7 Meilen. Am NB kann man mit etwas Glück Delfine sehen - sehr eindrucksvoll. Strandstühle, Kühltasche und Sonnenschirm haben wir in der Garage vorgefunden. Intensiverholung pur!

Nah am Paradies

Schwierig nach 2 Wo. Aufenthalt die passenden Worte zu finden - man muß es einfach selbst erlebt haben!! Toll ausgestattetes Haus mit allem Komfort, schöne Terasse mit großem Pool, sehr ruhige Lage mit Blick ins Grüne usw. Obwohl wir ursprünglich nur 10 Tage bleiben wollten, haben wir noch um 4 Tage verlängert, weil wir, mit 2 Kindern, uns hier so richtig wohl gefühlt haben. Nach rund 10 Min. ist man an den schönsten Stränden, sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants ebenfalls in wenigen Min. erreichbar. Nicht zu vergessen sei auch die sehr nette und hilfsbereite "vor Ort Betreuung" durch "Nil und Nick".

Wir kommen immer gerne wieder. Erholsamer Urlaub in
komfortabler Umgebung. Das Haus ist ist mit allem ausgestattet was einen Urlaub komfortabel macht, vor
allem das grosse TV hat´s uns angetan...
Shoppingcentren in nächster Umgebung und nur 5 Min
zum "Wa-Mart", ca 10-15 Min. an den Strand, was will
man mehr... einfach toll.

Der Zustand des Feriendomizils war sehr gepflegt und die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Dieses Feriendomizil können wir unseren Freunden durchaus empfehlen. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants und der wunderbare weiße Strand von Siesta Key.
Owner's Response: Ich danke meinen Mietern für die Bewertungen unseres Ferienhauses und freue mich schon auf die nächsten Buchungen meiner Stammgäste, natürlich auch auf neue Mieter die hoffentlich bald auch Stammgäste werden.

Gemütlich, Komfortabel, ruhige Lage

Wir kommen immer wieder... das Haus ist gemütlich und
sehr schön eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Terrasse mit Pool liegt Nachmittags schön in der Sonne, so dass man sich dort super wohlfühlt. Der Garten endet an einem Creek, wo man Tiere beobachten kann, die Reiher kommen bis ans Grundstück, einfach toll. ... Die persönliche Betreuung vor Ort ist wirklich sehr gut.
