Townhome, 3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, (Sleeps 5)

This townhome is located in the highly desireble area called Rancho Bernardo in San Diego. It has 2 master BR suites with queen beds, private baths and a 3rd room that is an office with wi/fi. It has a beautiful courtyard and rear patio, both perfect for coffee drinking in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. It's an ideal arrangement for 2 couples in one of the most sought after winter & summer vacation spots. A great deal of shopping is within 2 miles of the home. Lots of recreation activities.

This immaculate home has hardwood floors, granite counter top in the kitchen, laundry facility in house and off street parking. The kitchen is fully stocked so you do not have to bring a thing. Owner will provide vacation information to make your stay enjoyable. There is a 4 nite minimum. Have allergies? Please beware that a dog lives here part of the year but the home is immaculate with hardwood floors & all linens cleaned & fresh.

We purchased this home to live in because north San Diego has the most desireble weather in the country. We are minutes from the the famous La Jolla shores on the pacific ocean and Wild Animal Park. San Diego has a world class Zoo/Balboa Park, Downtown, Beaches, Seaworld, hiking, horse-back riding, casinos and golf galore. A day trip to Mexico can be easily arranged.

What makes this townhome unique

Vacations are rare and I will take pride in making sure that you enjoy yours. This area is famous for its golf courses, beaches and perfect weather.

Excellent Home Base for Golf Trip

Rented this place for 9 night during golf vacation. Patti was excellent to communicate with prior to heading down to San Diego. Upon arrival, both her and her husband were there to greet us, they showed us around the place and gave us help on where the best shopping etc was. Location was excellent, right in the middle of all the golfing we had booked. Lots of parking for any size vehicle. Patio was great place to wind down and have a couple drinks. Everything was very clean and set up very well prior to arrival. Kitchen was stocked full of groceries they said were free to use but we went out and got our own stuff anyways. Owners also followed up a couple days after arrival to ensure everything was going well.
Overall is was an excellent trip, would definitely look to re-book this place if we make a return trip!!!

We had a wonderful stay. The owners could not have been more helpful and gracious. The area is charming and very safe. The home is very spotless, spacious and beautifully decorated with lots of outdoor living space. We will definitely stay here again. The owner was very prompt in returning the deposit. Thank you!

We gathered here over thanksgiving. Great area to walk and relax. Grocery store very close, good restaurants near by. Safe area. Owners very accommodating and received my deposit back promptly. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet, spacious home in Rancho Bernardo

This place feels like a detached home not a condo. We did not hear any noise at all from the next door neighbors on either side of us the entire 5 nights we stayed here. The house is located in a very quiet park-like setting. It is very spacious and clean and the living room and dining room have vaulted ceilings. It is located 20 miles from downtown San Diego but the drive is well worth it. It takes approx. 25 minutes to get to the downtown area. Rancho Bernardo is very nice. There is a shopping center a few miles away which has Vons, CVS and several restaurants. The owners are nice people and very easy to deal with. This is the best place we have ever stayed, and would not hesitate to stay there again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
