Wonderful home, great location
We were a group of five friends who gather once a year from across the US for a break from our Mom/Wife duties for a Girls' Weekend. Bella Vista absolutely enchanted us. The location is excellent - San Francisco is 20 minutes away, and both Tiburon and Sausalito provided nearby shopping and dining. The bay is directly across the street from the backyard and provides a lovely view of the water, the hills and part of the Golden Gate Bridge.
The three bedrooms are spacious, nicely decorated and comfortably supplied. And the layout of the bedrooms in respect to the rest of the house provides a feeling of privacy that one wouldn't expect from a house this size. The kitchen had everything we needed and was large enough for several of us to putter around at the same time. We loved the big picture windows and spent a lot of time sitting on the deck, enjoying the view.
What's more difficult to describe is the "homey" feeling this house gives. You can practically feel the years of love and good memories that have passed through the walls. It gives a wonderful loving vibe - we felt at home immediately.
The owner, Meredith, was very friendly and responsive, very ready to answer any questions.
