Surrounded by water, this lovely, 1BR/1.5BA, beachfront condominium is located on Ocean Front Walk in South Mission Beach, south of San Diego`s world famous and historic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster at Belmont Park. Enjoy the views from your balcony of the boats going through the channel as they head out to sea, take a walk with your toes in the sand, or ride the provided bikes on miles and miles of boardwalk along the ocean and Mission Bay, a 4000 acre aquatic park.

This extra large (850 sq. ft.) condo is incredible after its floor to ceiling remodel in March 2010, complete with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, travertine floors, custom designed travertine enclosed tub/shower, canned lighting, ew furniture, and a 42' plasma TV with Blu-ray/DVD/CD player.

You`re guaranteed to get a great night`s rest in the comfy king bed, queen Murphy bed, and double futon bed. What more could you want? How about two beach cruiser bicycles, beach chairs, boogie boards, & 2 parking spots!

This is an absolutely beautiful, clean and modern condo. It is stocked with all the comforts of home. I highly recommend this condo to all my friends and family. The owners were very nice and extremely helpful in making arrangements for the use. The condo has a perfect location, very quiet, and great parking. We took our elderly parents who were able to take naps while we enjoyed the boardwalk and beach.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
