Ideal family getaway. Secluded home, features an extra kitchen on the lower level with bedroom and bath. Wood burning fireplace, W/D, microwave, gas range 2 DVD, 3 TV's, satellite, wireless internet, hot tub, dishwasher. A great multi-family retreat just 5 minutes from Timberline Ski Resort. Pet (dog) allowed with fee.

Places to go and Places to see: During Winter you are just minutes from Timberline, White Grass & Canaan Valley Ski Areas. During other seasons, Dolly Sods Wilderness is just a couple minutes walk from our back yard. In Old Timberline where our house is located you can canoe on the private lakes, fish without a licenses, bike & hike on many trails plus horseback riding. Blackwater Falls State Park is located 15 min away and in the other direction we have Seneca Rocks only 30 minutes away. Both are very beautiful areas.

Our house is located in a gated community located in Old Timberline. We are 20 minutes from Davis WV and 6 min from Timberline ski area. Three minutes from the trail head of Dolly Sods for hiking.

Beautiful getaway!

My boyfriend and I needed a couple days away from home to relax and spends some time together. This house is meant for families and bigger groups but we loved having such a large house to ourselves. I have stayed in houses at Canaan Valley before that weren't very clean and had absolutely nothing we needed including bath towels.But this house was very clean and had everything we needed for the 3 days we were there. The hot tub was great and the gas fireplace really gave the house something extra. We had a great time walking the near by trail on top of the mountain.I would reccomend this house to anyone and I plan to return in the near future
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
