My and husband I own the property with my mother. We bought it so that we could enjoy the amazing Kelowna region every year with our son and daughter and our extended family. We have become quite the wine gurus in our years of ownership.

Kelowna is beautiful. As a young family it offers us many different options to keep everyone busy. We have done wine touring, dinner cruises, boating, skiing, or just sitting by the lake. Kelowna has everything you could need for an amazing vacation.
We are not located in the general apartment style condominium. We are accessed through a landscaped mezzanine with our own entrance. This added benefit provides us: Privacy and Quiet from the rest of the building and hallways; Two separate decks with tables and chairs including one off the back overlooking the creek and one in the front overlooking the landscaped mezzanine with tons of room for kids to run around; and finally, five (5) extra windows in the suite for extra light!
We spent a week in this condo and loved it - the condo had enough space for our family of four, great pool for the kids, close to the beach, and close to any amenities/attractions that we checked out in the Kelowna area. The owners were happy to answer any questions and made our first experience with renting a VRBO property a positive experience.
We arrived and were greeted by Jodie who was very friendly and showed us the excellent facilities that are available to us during our stay. The apartment was very clean as was the entire building and with full time security we felt safe. The apartment had everything we needed to just unpack and start to enjoy our stay. The weather was rainy at times so the hot tub was a great place to relax at the end of our wine tours. The pool area is massive and very clean. The Back deck was where we spent a lot of time with a creek and trees as our view and were entertained by ducks, robins, finches, humming birds, squirrels, and flickers. The front deck was also great as it is planted with trees and shrubs making it hard to believe you are on the third floor of a building. We walked to the beach which was almost across the street and also there is a major pathway system that goes for miles next to a river that starts across the street. We had asked a friend who lives in Kelowna a nice place to eat and we're told the Cabanna is the nicest place in town to go and it happens to be attached to the building. I have recommended the apartment to others as you could park you car and stay put for the week and be totally entertained. (Great place for either families, singles or retired)
We stayed for 3 nights to attend a wedding across the street at the El Dorardo. We were greeted by one of the maids who showed us to our room, she was very nice and friendly. This room is located on the outside mezzanine, so you have your own little area with a table and chairs in the front and then your own extended patio on the back side, this is a great feature! More privacy. When we first walked in the suite we were amazed, it is so open and clean. The kitchen was brand new. I could have stayed forever! There is a great little restaurant downstairs called the Cabana Grill which had great food and a nice patio. The owners were great to deal with as well. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitley be back!
Our stay here was very nice. We had several other friends staying at the same place (it was a wedding) and I think the suite we stayed in was probably the nicest one! It was so very well equipped – especially in the kitchen! It was like being at home. While we initially were a little cautious about it having only one bathroom, it all worked out nicely. The beautiful greenery view from the front deck was a pleasure to see – much better than looking at a street which many of our friends saw from their unit. The balcony at the front and the patio at the back (front? Back?) were large and comfortable. The unit had enough chairs and tables on each outdoor area to make it usable when inviting guests over as well. I actually liked being in a bit of a separate building, and the pool was very close. Altogether an enjoyable stay in a very nice suite.
Our family of four really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The place was very clean and the family loved having a BBQ, a very nice swimming pool and a hot tub, and a great location to everywhere in Kelowna. Having a free underground parking spot was also included.
I definately would recommend this stay and looking forward to my next visit.

A 25% deposit must be paid at the time of booking to confirm rental of the property and is considered non-refundable. The remaining balance is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. All final payments are considered non-refundable upon receipt of payment.
A $100 cleaning fee is applicable for any stay that is less than three (3) nights.
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (CAD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
