Our condo meets the needs of singles, couples, families... people of all ages. It is a relaxing 'home away from home' where you can do as little or as much of you want to! Our condo is one of only 16 units in a gated, secure community; you and your possessions are safe 24 hours a day!
Our condo is ground level and only steps away from the pool, rancho & patio, laundry room and parking lot. Our condo has been recently renovated and refurnished. Fresh paint, new refrigerator (and second 'beverage fridge'), AC, TV, local telephone, wireless internet access, ceiling and floor fans, toaster oven, toaster, microwave, coffee pot, kettle, blender, new sectional queen size sofa bed, large 3 pc bathroom, plenty of closet space.
A quick 3 minute walk around the corner to the grocery store, a 5 minute walk to the beach and only a 8 minutes walk into the town of Samara. The bus stop is outside the complex's gate so taking a bus is always an option.
Samara offers services of bank, car rentals, groceries, hardware store, internet, doctor, pharmacy, numerous cafes, restaurants and bars, tour agencies (fishing, scuba diving, canopy tours, surfing lessons, horseback rides, etc., shuttle, taxi, dental, spa & salons.
Our family purchased our condo as an escape from the long, cold Canadian winters. The condo is an excellent 'home away from home' as the atmosphere is calm, welcoming and enables us to spend each day as a family.

Our condo is located just outside of Samara, Guanacuste, Costa Rica. We are on the Nicoya Peninsula and near the beach. The condo is away from the hustle of Samara yet walking distance from the beach, grocery store and town of Samara. We are located on a paved road and have easy access to Nicoya and Liberia.

We really enjoy this condo and the location.
We walked to Samara, to the beach, to the dentist (Dr. Shirley) next door, to the bakery(Monkey's) and grocery store (Iguana Verte) each day for groceries and delicious fresh bread.
The location of this condo is terrific!
The condo is clean, nicely decorated, has plenty of towels, bedding, kitchen is well equipped.
It was handly having a telephone and cable TV in the livingroom to watch the news in the AM.
The yard is lovely, the pool is great.
Laundry is easy and the fellow renters/owners always made us feel welcome.
We will certainly be back to enjoy this condo and escape Canadian winter!
We have rented this unit for the past two years for three weeks at a time. The condo is in a fantastic location - very close to the beach and town (walkable even with small children), and with a well stocked mini supermarket and bakery about 100 meters away. We prefer staying here (just outside of the town proper) as it is quiet and a bit more peaceful but still close to the action.
Condo grounds are very well maintained and pool is perfect for small children. Security is excellent as well. There is a common area you can use for dining outside, as well as a charcoal grill. Laundry is great as well and fairly priced.
This unit is very well equipped in terms of kitchen / cooking supplies, nice thick beach towels, nice linens, coolers, beach chairs, etc. A couple small things with the unit such as a ceiling fan that needed attending to or cupboards coming off hinges but overall very well maintained and nothing that would interfere with your enjoyment. We have stayed elsewhere in Samara and feel that this is an excellent value for this property.
The property manager was great, as was the weekly cleaning service.
We were here with two small children and the unit was great for them as well.
