Spectacular new penthouse condo newly furnished. The roof-top pool is complete with lounge and washroom.

3 bedrooms, 2 and 1/2 fully tiled bathrooms.

Beach block Condo in the Southern end of Wildwood Crest. From your private deck you can enjoy your morning coffee, read the paper, and enjoy the views of the beach and bay. This is an upscale building with all Top of the Line Appliances, granite counter tops, 2 car off street parking, and WiFi access. The unit is exceptionally large and can sleep up to 10 people. You can take a short walk to the beach, or ride your bicycle to the boardwalk. Within 15 minutes you can visit historic Cape May for shopping and dining. Activities in the Wildwoods include fishing, whale watching, crabbing, boating and kayaking. All are within walking distance or a short drive. Tennis and golf nearby. The ferry to Delaware is only 15 minutes away. The Wildwoods have something for everyone and have been voted best beaches of NJ.

Unlike many of the other New Jersey resort towns unfortunately devastated by Hurricane Sandy, Wildwood Crest withstood the storm. Because of the destruction left in Sandy's wake, we anticipate that there will be a shortage of quality summer rentals available.

My family and I spent a week in unit 501 and had a great time. The accommodations were exceptional. I recommend the Verona if you are planning on going to Wildwood.

My family and I decided to spend a week in the Wildwoods at the end of last summer. There were seven of us, including a few teenagers, so we knew that the typical motel would not work for us. When I found the Verona penthouse on homeaway I fell in love with it. Once there the beach block ammenities were better than we could have asked for. The kids were able to go to the beach and with a gorgeous and brand new kitchen we were able to save money by cooking and preparing breakfast and lunch in the condo. The roofdeck pool was perfect for in between the beach and whatever else we decided to do. The entire building was beautiful and Conrad was easy work with and made the process smooth.
