Nestled in the forest on a 4-acre property allows for individual taste in recreation and retreat. The newly built 550 sq. ft. studio suite provides complete living accommodation. It has a fully equipped kitchen, wireless Internet and cable television and sleeps 4 persons. There is access to outdoor living, pathways, and lakeside recreation. Our guests have privacy and the sense of freedom to enjoy the area in their own personal way.
The magnificent natural location provides an ideal setting for outdoor living whether you want to relax, meditate, paint, or just watch the changing moods and colors of the mountains and lake. A paradise for bird watchers and photographers, the area is rich in wildlife with osprey, eagles, a variety of waterfowl, woodpeckers and deer.
Serenity Views is located just 5 minutes from the Village of Nakusp with all amenities. From our property, take a beautiful 15 minute drive up a paved mountain highway to Nakusp Hot Springs or drive to Halycon Hot Springs, just 20 minutes away. Wherever you go, the scenery is magnificent and people are friendly.
In summer, enjoy wonderful hiking, boating, fishing, golf and swimming. The beautiful sandy public beach is only 5 minutes away. From here enjoy a stroll down the promenade along the lake, just a block from shopping and restaurants. There is also a public boat launch and docks if you bring your power boat.
NEW: Guests of Serenity Views can rent our canoe, single person kayaks or paddleboat to further enjoy the beautiful lake.
In the winter, enjoy snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross-country, downhill, and heli-skiing followed by a soak in the Hot Springs, or just come for the health benefits of enjoying the Hot Springs along with the peaceful and friendly atmosphere.
Fishing in the Arrow Lakes is great in all seasons - winter fishing is spectacular and fishing charters can be booked locally.
For the more active traveler, we encourage exploration of the many facilities and activities around Nakusp and the surrounding communities such as golfing, water sports, hiking, back country exploring, museums, historic sites and unique shopping and restaurants.
