LOOKING FOR THAT PERFECT WEEK ON THE BEACH?

Here it is! We have a three-bedroom condominium in the 'Villas' of Clearwater Beach. This spacious condo is on the third floor. It has easy access to the pool or the beach. The five-story building is elevator equipped. It is a corner unit with a large balcony that overlooks beautiful Clearwater Beach. You can sit on the balcony and keep an eye on the kids playing on the sandy beach or just gaze out to the glistening gulf as the surf rolls in.

This is an ideal location! Shops and restaurants are a few blocks to the south and Caladesi Island Beach Nature Preserve is just a walk on the beach to the North. Clearwater Beach has all the fun Florida has to offer including Disney just an hour and thirty minutes away.

We love the beach and bring our family and friends to vacation six times a year. This gives us a chance to enjoy our condos and make sure everything is well cared for.

This condo is a corner unit on the third floor and is directly on the beach. It is close to Tampa, (Lowery Park Zoo and Busch Gardens) and St. Pete, (Dali Art Museum and St. Pete Beach Pier). From the balcony looking South, you can see Frenchy's RockAway and the Palm Pavilion, (a five minute walk), both fine beach restaurant/bar establishments. To the North, a long walk on the beach takes you to Caladesi Island.
