The villa is located in peaceful surroundings at the Lakeside Golf and Country Club close to Inverness, capital of Citrus County.

The villa is recently constructed and offers private comfortable accommodation for up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a large private, heated pool (5m x 10m), a large living room, kitchen, separate laundry room and double garage and is surrounded by a landscaped garden.

It is fully air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi, a large flat High Definition screen television, DVD player and sound system, washer and dryer, dishwasher, typical American fridge and a microwave oven.

In the bed- and bathrooms you'll find all the necessary towels and linens.

The house is conveniently located away fro the mass tourism but yet at driving distance from the major Orlando and Tampa theme parks and Kennedy Space Center.

About The Owner

I'm a self employed management consultant living in Belgium. I like Florida very much so I decided to purchase a home in Inverness which I'm renting out. The property is being maintained by a local property management company in Inverness.

Why The Owner chose Inverness

I like Inverness because it's away from the mass tourism in the South of Florida and very close to numerous Golf courts whilst at the same time being in driving distance from all the major Orlando and Tampa theme parks and Kennedy Space Center. The Ocala region is very nice with lots of lakes and forests and at the same time the Gulf Coast is only 30 min drive.

The American dream

My son and I, together with 4 other friends, stayed at this location in 2012 and it was a great experience. The description of the home is exactly what you get; above and beyond our expectations!
Epcot, Disneyland, Universal Studios, Sea World, Kennedy Space center and the Daytona race track, it's just around the corner. Miami, Everglades, the Keys ... all within reach. This was the greatest vacation ever! And guess what, we are going back in exactly 42days 6hours and 7minutes.

Just great!

We had a most comfortable, enjoyable vacation for my family of 5, including my 15 and 10 year old boys and 12 year old girl. The house is really as magnificent as the photos, very clean and comfortable! We were able to have quiet, relaxing days poolside or having nice day trips suchs as snorkeling and swimming with manatees.

The owner is friendly, fluent in multiple languages, and made sure our stay was comfortable. Local suport is available all day long with is pleasent.

I highly can recommend this luxurious villa.

Nine weeks in heaven!

Tomorrow is our last day in this fantastic villa. Spent two months here last year and again this year. This house is exactly as the write-up states. You couldn't find a better location for a vacation. Home is very comfortable and is equipped with anything you'd ever need. Just bring your clothes and personal items. Don't forget your bathing suits, the pool is the BEST! Many golf courses around; ocean is 20 minutes away; plenty of great restaurants! Loved it so much, we bought our own place yesterday. We'll miss this wonderful villa and the owner, Jo, is fantastic to work with. Can't believe our 9 weeks is coming to an end.

Perfect vacation villa!

Our two month stay in this beautiful villa could not have been any better. The home was extremely clean, comfortable and had all the amenities one could want. The pool area was very enjoyable. The owner and the local property manager were very friendly and welcoming. We could not have asked for a better place to spend our time in Florida. Looking forward to renting this wonderful vacation home again next year!
