Sleeps 11. Large, well appointed 5 bedroom self catering villa. 2 large double bedrooms with en-suites, 2 twin rooms and a bedroom with bunks and single bed. Air-con. Family bathroom with large bath. Sky TV, wireless internet. Walled and gated 12m private pool. Large outdoor living area with BBQ. Set in 5 acres of olive groves. 10 minute drive from Cisternino, 15 minute drive to Ostuni both with supermarkets and restaurants. Excellent sandy beaches 20 minute drive. Golf within 30 minutes drive.

The villa is situated between Cisternino and Ceglie Messapica and is a 15 minute drive from Ostuni. As you enter, through the well appointed kitchen, the 2 en-suite double bedrooms are to one end through the indoor living area. At the other end of the villa, through a small lobby area are the 3 family bedrooms and the family bathroom. Both the kitchen and the indoor living area have french doors leading to the outdoor living space. The outside kitchen comprises sink, fridge, brick bbq and a large table which seats 12. There is also a split level shaded seating area. The villa also has a utility room with additional wc and basin. The villa is well equippped with all the appliances you would expect to find including fridge/freezers, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ironing board, microwave, wi-fi internet, 2 tvs, satellite, dvd's and stereo. Note:

A well appointed Villa in a tranquil setting yet only 10 minutes drive from the nearest supermarket. The villa has central heating and duvets for colder nights and winter visits. All bedrooms are air-conditioned (available July & Aug,) room fans are also provided. There is free wireless internet for the whole villa that reaches to the pool side. The tap water is drinkable (the Villa has its own well). The pool is not heated and is generally warm enough to swim (and therefore open) from mid May to the end of September. It may be possible to open the pool and pool area outside of this period by prior arragement - please ask. We offer a small selection of DVDs, CDs and board games for you to use whilst at the Villa. We also offfer an i-pod/i-pad docking station. An extensive House Book gives details of local supermarkets (several within 15 mins drive), restaurants etc. The Villa manager is also available to offer advice on local attractions.

Further Details:

There are lots of local shops, markets and resturants all around the area. The resturants all welcome children, are very friendly and cater for all tastes and budgets. There are several well stocked supermarkets within a 15 minute drive of the Villa, two of which now open on Sundays. There is also a mini-mart just 5 minutes down the road. Cisternino, the nearest town just 10 minutes by car, has a beautiful historic centre with excellent restaurants, a plethera of coffee shops, a large market on Monday mornings, a wide range of food shops (meat, cheese, fruit & veg, fish), a small hospital and numerous pharmacies. Cisternino also has a children's playground with climbing frame and slide and a veiwing area with stunning panoramic views of the surrounding area. Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds, however we do accept euros.
Between 2nd March and 25th May 2013 we offer a rental rate of £1,200 for the first 4 people and £200 per person up to a maximum of 8 people.
Between 25th May and 29th June 2013 we offer a rental rate of £1,400 for the first 4 people and £250 per person.
The villa is cleaned on Saturdays, however it may be cleaned during your stay, by prior agreement with the villa manager and at an additional charge.
