Guestbook comments from the owner

Our stay at 320 E Simpson St, Jackson WY, was excellent. All was neat, clean, easy to use, and of grand (local, authentic) decor. The owner has provided generously for an enjoyable stay in Jackson. From the stove, refrigerator, large dining table, and washing machine, to the wifi, TV, and Mr Coffee, we were comfortable. All written instructions for access and day-to-day living were clear and easy to follow.

The young adults of our group enjoyed the late life at the Cowboy Bar while the grownups retired earlier in the quiet of the Simpson St neighborhood.

This is an easy place to recommend highly.

Cheers for now, Fred

Wonderful for a small family vacation!

  • 5 of 5
The house was as described (well maintained, all the amenities we needed), the location was perfect, and Sue was a pleasure to work with! Before we booked Sue noted that the beds in the basement needed an upgrade, so we were prepared for older mattresses. She was right - they were very uncomfortable! That said, she's aware and hopefully they'll be upgraded soon. Wonderful stay overall! Thank you!

Perfect for family in the town of Jackson

  • 5 of 5
My husband and two children (10 and 12) stayed 3 lovely nights here in Jackson, WY in early July. The location is really terrific- close to town (can walk) and the rodeo (short drive) and Snow King, where there is mini-golf and the alpine slide. There were also many bikes in the basement that worked great for a leisurely ride on the many biking paths available or to get around town. One of the kids bikes needs a new tire frame, but the others worked great and we really enjoyed riding. The beds were comfortable and it was really nice to have a washing machine to do our clothes before we ventured into Yellowstone for 4 days. I would highly recommend staying here.

Comfortable for family and great location

  • 5 of 5
Parents with two young teens had a great time in Yellowstone and Jackson Hole. Comfortable two bedroom and two bath in excellent Jackson Hole location. Property owner was very kind, too. This trip was like living in a postcard. Jaw-dropping scenery, great family activities, and a noticeably high altitude. Drink lots of water and easy on alcohol, although the local breweries make great beer. We fished and rafted rapids on Snake River, took a tram on Grand Teton over 10k feet, hit the local rodeo, chuck wagon dinner program, kicked back in the townhouse, and enjoyed the local restaurants.

Perfect Stay

  • 5 of 5
This townhome was perfect for our recent vacation to Jackson. There was plenty of room for our family of four and it can easily accommodate six adults. It's located in a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from the center of town. The unit was very clean and fresh. Sue couldn't have been more helpful and professional. You can tell that her family loves their townhome and the unit reflects that.
As an aside, they've recently added a huge wall mounted HDTV in the living room and new bedding.

Great value and location.

  • 5 of 5
We stayed at this lovely home for a week in July to explore Grand Teton National Park. The house was very clean and the Western decor was beautiful. My son (age 8) claimed the basement and loved having his own bedroom with TV and ensuite bathroom. The house can accommodate 6 easily and kids will love the space and games, etc. in the basement. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything we needed. My husband loved the flat screen tv and the Wifi is quick. The location is ideal - 5 minute walk into the town but next to a creek that provides wonderful music at night and is ideal for paddling in. I found the owner great to deal with - quick to respond to enquiries and full of helpful information about the house and area. We would especially recommend the Snake Brewing Company for food and drink. Thanks for letting us share your home.

Great weekend getaway!!

  • 5 of 5
We needed a quick getaway to Jackson. This incredible town-home that has a perfect location 2 blocks from city center. The home has perfect accommodations, with a fully equipped kitchen. My two teen-age children slept downstairs, my daughter & grand-baby slept upstairs. I have family members that live in Jackson they would join us for dinner in the evening and we would sit on the deck, grill, and listen to the creek. Thank you Sue for opening your beautiful home for us it was so cozy and tastefully decorated.
