The outside includes a refinished gunite pool with a large lanai to accommodate your guests. Brand new Weber gas grill, 3 ceiling fans, serving window from kitchen to outdoor bar and lots of fun in the sun! Relax in the nice patio furniture both in the sun and also under cover.
This meticulously maintained home is located on the waterway with direct Gulf access - no bridges. Private dock with excellent fishing.
Royal Harbor is conveniently located right around the corner from 5th Avenue shops/restaurants and other amenities. We are less than two miles to the pristine Naples beach. Feel free to walk or ride on one of the provided bicycles!

My husband John and I purchased this house in July, 2009, as a second home. We have 3 teenage children who will also enjoy visiting during school breaks. Our favorite things to do when visiting Naples include shopping, dining, fishing and going to the beach!

We bought the house primarily for personal use, with occasional rental. The house is walking distance to 5th Avenue's shopping and entertainment district. The house has been completely renovated inside/out. We are less than 5 minutes to the beach. Who can ask for more?
Relaxation is the primary benefit to this house. Everything is turnkey and convenient. You must visit the house to appreciate.
