Our wonderful holiday mansion awaits you. It is south of Berlin near the village of Prieros, located right on the Tiefersee and all are within Dahmetal national park. The lake, with its crystal clear water, ancient trees, water lilies, herons, ducks and swans, creates an atmosphere of idyllic isolation. Enjoy the peace of Tiefersee in the cool of a summer evening. The Dahmetal – Heideseen national park forms the environment with its amazing woods, wide fields, lakes full of fish and endless streams. Berlin, Potsdam, Dresden, the Spreewald and west of Poland are easy accessible from here. Boats, ferries, bike paths and riding stables are at your disposal. Hunters, farmers, fisherman and bakers provide you with a wide range of delicacies and all are from the area. The Federal State of Brandenburg is known for its exquisite summer festivals, both classic and modern.

Prieros, der schönste Ort auf Erden!

bevor dieses haus ein feriendomizil wurde, haben freunde von mir es als wochenendgrundstück genutzt. prieros is wirklich ein wunderschöner ort und das haus hatte damals schon charme, saniert ist es bestimmt noch einen tick edler. der see ist unbeschreiblich sauber und die natur ein traum. schon theodor fontane hat in seinen wanderungen durch die mark brandenburg prieros einen besonderen stellenwert eingeräumt. wer einmal in prieros gewesen ist, der wird verstehen was ich meine....

Das hat sich aber gelohnt! Erholsam die Gegend, vor allem der Blick auf den See und die vielen Tiere haben es uns und unseren Kleinen sehr angetan. Ganz groß: zwei Bäder! Vielen Dank nochmal!

entspannte Auszeit

Wir waren 3 Ehepaare aus dem Geburtsvorbereitungskurs mit unseren 2 - 4 Monate alten Babys. Das Haus war ideal für uns, schon weil man kein schlechtes Gewissen haben musste wegen der "nächtlichen Ruhestörung". Bei herrlichem Sonnenwetter standen die Kinderwagen im Garten und wir konnten entspannt auf der Terrasse sitzen und den fantastischen Blick auf den See genießen. Die Männer haben mit dem Boot den See erkundet, dafür konnten wir Damen abends in die Sauna gehen. Es war wirklich ein entspannter Kurzurlaub (und das mit 3 kleinen Babys!). Der einzige Nachteil war, das bei 3 Kindern die Mülltonne für die ganzen Windeln etwas zu klein war. Vielen Dank noch einmal an den Vermieter und liebe Grüße aus Rüsselsheim!

Wintermärchen

Ich war mit fünf Freundinnen im Januar für ein verlängertes Wochenende in dem bezaubernden Ferienhaus. Der zugefrorene See und die verschneite Winterlandschaft schufen eine besondere Atmosphäre für Spaziergänge und Schlittschuh laufen. Die Sauna im Keller - ideal zum Entspannen.
Der Bäcker und Fleischer im Dorf sind toll, aber leider nicht um die Ecke. Man muß schon aufs Fahrrad und ca. 1,5 km strampeln. Zu sechst ist das Haus ideal mit den zwei Bädern und dem großen Wohn- und Eßbereich. Leider reicht die Polstergarnitur mit nur einem Sessel nicht. Die anderen müssen auf Korbstühlen sitzen.

Feriendomizil Tiefersee in Prieros

Positiv: Phantastische Umgebung, ruhige Lage, direkter Zugang zum See über eigenen Steg mit Ruderboot. Gepflegter Garten. Hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für diverse Aktivitäten in und im Umland von Berlin.
Negativ: Obergeschoss nur über steile, nicht für Kleinkinder und ältere Leute geeignete Treppe erreichbar. Angegebene Fläche ließ mehr Wohnraum erwarten. Mobiliar, Geschirr etc. scheint teilweise "billig auf dem Flohmarkt zusammengekauft".
Gesamturteil: Die positiven Merkmale überwiegen die negativen erheblich, unbedingt weiterzuempfehlen.
