Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Den, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-5)

We prefer 3 or more month renters. We have an upper Abbey available for 2014 season! Heritage Palms is famous for our 2-18 Hole Championship Golf Courses. Magnificent Club House and Entertainment Lodge with over 10 Pools, Fitness center, Business office, billiards/ping pong tables, Aqua driving range, fishing pier, 6 Har Tru tennis courts, Tiki Bar, 2 hot tubs, saunas and more!

Condo is 1,414 total sq ft on the first floor with 2 bedrooms and a den, 2 full baths, including 2 screened verandas and detached garage. 37 inch TV and DVD player in Living Room. Cable TV included with high speed Internet access and wireless access available on computer in den. Private sought-after southern exposure view overlooking Sabal golf course holes #2 and #4. Beautiful tropical designer decor throughout. Everything clean and new inside and out.

Gated full service golf and tennis community. The Heritage Palms community was awarded 1st place honors for the past 6 years in a row for the best Golf Course and Best Clubhouse Dining in the Best of Southwest Florida Awards which is conducted each year by the News-Press newspapers.
