This is a spacious condo, situated in a very good area and in a gated community. The unit was very comfortable, homely and we would definately rent the unit again
The listing accurately described the appearance and amenities.
The location is right next to the Occotillo Golf Course, close to a lot of good restaurants, shopping malls and fitness facility
Recommended for:
Age 55+,
Pet-friendly,
Sightseeing,
Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: What I do: I visit the property a minimum of twice a year, a week at a time.
What I believe: That only by living there can I understand the requirements of my tenants.
What I expect: That upon arrival, it’s like entering the deluxe suite at a hotel.
And in my opinion, the golf is the best in the valley!
