Master bedrooms located on the 1st and 2nd floor have been recently remodeled too. They are furnished with a KING beds that are elevated with awesome views of the gulf. Each room has a sliding glass door that steps out onto your own private balcony which is a great place to watch siren sunrises. The masters have their own private access to the bathroom. In each room there is two suit case holders great for unpacking, dresser, wall mounted flat screen TV. and cordless telephone. The third bedroom is great for the kids! It has been freshly painted and has two sets of bunks. One set of the bunks have a twin on top and a twin on the bottom, the other set has a twin on top, full on bottom and a twin pull out trundle. There’s a flat screen TV, dresser and lots play room.

The property is completely fenced in for your children or furry children. The pool area is also separately fenced from the yard. There’s a half bath located outside next to the pool too. There is a beautiful bricked courtyard on the side of the house. Plenty of parking is available and boat parking too. . We also have an outdoor shower and fish cleaning station. There’s a beach supply carrier and a cooler located outside for your use to make those trips to the beach hassle free. This property is centrally located between Port St. Joe Florida and Apalachicola, Florida off beautiful scenic route 30A. Wash all your tensions away as you sleep at night to the rhythmic sound of the ocean.

There is also queen sleeper sofa. There are flat screens tv's in each room. There is one VCR, 2 DVD players, and plenty of movies/games. High speed wireless internet access provided at no cost. There is a new dining room table that seats 8 as well as a breakfast bar which is great for kids. We also have an outdoor shower and fish cleaning station. This home does allow pets with a $150.00 non-refundable pet fee. Beautiful Memories has a private swimming pool and hot tub for your enjoyment.

The house is stocked with an initial supply of toilet paper in each bathroom along with hand soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Each bathroom has large bath towels along with washcloths, hand towel and a hair dryer. The kitchen is stocked with an initial supply of paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher tablets and cleaning sponge. The beds in the bedrooms have high quality linens with king size pillows and extra blankets are in the closet. In the laundry area there is an initial supply of laundry detergent and food bowls along with a dog cage for the fury pets.?
