Art Deco Classic with Open Sky Views!

This wonderful condo is nestled in the heart of it all in South Beach. Walk anywhere - beach, restaurants, shopping, clubs & more! Inside, the condo provides a wonderful relaxing place to come home to. The owners are beyond hospitable, ensuring all the minor comforts of home are available for all guests. The decor is classy, condo is clean and fresh, and hosts were wonderful!! My husband and I would definitely stay here again!!

I stayed at this fabulous, well-appointed apartment in a lovely and lovingly restored Art Deco building in early October. The owners responded quickly to all our questions throughout the rental process. The decor and artwork in the home were top of the line and by no means blah. It was extremely comfortable. Incredible location, we walked everywhere we wanted to go. I highly recommend this place.

Just returned from a three-night stay at Joshua and David’s condo in Miami. I lost count of how many times I said to my boyfriend “I love our little apartment!”. This apartment was everything we needed for a truly enjoyable vacation. The location is perfect – easy access to the beach, shopping, restaurants, bars, etc. but off the beaten path just enough to be a peaceful respite from the craziness of Memorial Day weekend in South Beach (surprisingly quiet). The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and nicely appointed. We ended up cooking “at home” for breakfasts and lunches (which saved us a lot of money), and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved looking out the big living room windows at the swaying palm trees while we relaxed with glasses of wine on the comfy couch. We actually welcomed the exercise of climbing the three flights of stairs to the third-floor apartment. Joshua and David were very responsive to our questions and requests, and stayed in touch throughout the weekend via email. We definitely plan to return to Miami and we would not hesitate to stay in this apartment again. Highly recommended!
