Northside Valley's lovely villa offers a view of the six acre estate upon which it is perched. Lawns for playing Frisbee, football, or just taking a walk are within a hundred feet of your villa. Northside's beach offers the avid snorkeler a rainbow collection of fish, coral and sea fans.

A few minutes drive from the 18th century town of Frederiksted, ensures our guests plenty of activities, from researching architecture for the history buff to gourmet dining for the food-lovers.

About The Owner

As an avid nature-lover, I actively preserve Northside Valley's flora and fuana for the next seven generations. The indigenous creatures and native plants are dear to me and I hope they become dear to you.

The Owner purchased this villa in 1972

The natural setting was attractive to me.

What makes this villa unique

Peace, quiet, a sense of awe, adventure while climbing trees, and excitement at seeing the deer. A sense that I am completely fulfilled by what nature has to offer.
