Great location with a beautiful view

The condo is exactly as shown in the photos, very clean and well-maintained. The queen bed is extremely comfortable! Shawn was very nice, professional, and helpful. The condo was a little warm for us (middle of the summer on the 25th floor), but the fans helped a great deal in making the rooms comfortable. As Shawn will tell you, you can literally walk everywhere in downtown from this location, and there is a lot to see and do. For visitors, I highly recommend the hop-on hop-off trolley tours departing from the convention center, and the free(!!) walking tours offered by The Tour Guys. If you're into art, Tuesday nights are free (i.e. by donation) at the Vancouver Art Gallery, and the Rennie Collection at Wing Sang (also free, but by appointment only) was really interesting. We had a great stay, and would definitely recommend this condo to others.

Gorgeous view, beautiful condo in prime location

I stayed in this beautiful condo with my fiance for over a week. Usually we are the type that would stay in a hotel but will be staying and looking forward to vacation rentals our next trips.

I would give a very solid 5/5 rating overall for this rental (is there a way to give more :)? ) From the time of booking to checking-in, the process was simple and straightforward.

The condo was in a prime Downtown Vancouver location, close to the waterfront train terminal station (it's a quick 25 minute direct train to the YVR Airport) and a quick walking distance to the convention center and other parts downtown.

The views from the apartment are absolutely gorgeous! Being able to lounge and relax and see the mountains, waterfront and downtown life was something to remember. We also took advantage and used the building indoor pool, gym, sauna so that was a huge plus! The condo was clean and the furnishings was good quality and suited us to a T (not sure why there was a prior review that mentioned the furnishings).

Overall, I would recommend the condo to my friends and family and would stay again if visiting Vancouver.

Great Stay

The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Great view. The area was alright ,it was very close to the mall and shopping along Grandville but it was also very close to the rougher side of town. That never was an issue though. Starbucks is right across the street which was amazing! The elevators usually had a long wait time to go up and down. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment for anyone who has a party more than 2 since the pullout couch is not comfortable at all. I would however stay again myself or recommend it to any party of 2 I know looking to stay in the area. The master bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and dark.Shawn was fantastic with communicating with us and working with our schedule.

Great apartment; lousy furnishings

If you don't mind limited seating (1 armless futon), 2 torn bar stools, stained linens, no bistro table or chairs, extra junk in the "den," only 2 drinking glasses and only 2 wine glasses, then you'll love this place with its great view and location. Shawn, the manager, was a jewel, but the owner needs to upgrade the furnishings. The apartment was neither comfortable nor attractive. Before signing on, be sure to ask exactly how it is furnished. So much potential!!

Owner's Response: I would like to take the opportunity to provide clarification and respond to the recent review.

Majority of our guests are very content with the type of furnishings and setup of the condo. To clarify, the armless futon provided is a genuine leather executive styled sofa bed (as shown in the picture). The selection of the executive styled sofa bed is because it provides better layout and design in the condo and also serve as an extra bed for groups who prefer the extra bed. I apologize that you were only able to locate 2 wine glasses as for this condo, we provide a minimum set of 6 each of water, wine, drinking glasses, other dining ware and utensils. To utilize the space in a typical Downtown Vancouver Condo, the suite is furnished with bar stools as they double as regular seating and also as seating against the kitchen counter breakfast bar area.

I apologize if you found stained linens. Our cleaners do a very good job at cleaning and servicing the suite. All linens are carefully inspected, washed and laundered prior to every guest visit. I also personally conducted a check-out inspection of the linens and was not able to locate the stains you mentioned.

The bistro table and chair suggestion is a great idea and we are looking to improve the condo with additional dining table and seating.

We value all guests review, feedback and suggestion and look to improve the vacation rental experience. We personally feel Susan's review is not indicative of the level and quality of the rental we provide as this is apparent based on the history of previous guests reviews.
