The villa is located in the sub-division of Esprit Estates right off of US 27. This is a generally quiet area for relaxing, but if your up for lots of fun you are 15 to 20 minutes away from the Disney parks, dinner shows, Old Town, a state park, and the famous highway 192 which is home to more shops and restaurants than you could possibly need.

This villa is located in the heart of Florida, with in a 30 minute drive you will be at Sea World, Universal Studios, Hard Rock Casino, water parks, sporting Events and many other entertainment options. 90 minutes away there are major beaches like Coco or Treasure Island, there is also Daytona and Bush Gardens. But if you want to relax and not drive anywhere there is a Pub, Liquor store, several restaurants, golf course, a lake, play ground, tennis court, nail shop, convenience store, ATM, and Beauty shop, all with in walking distance and may other shops restaurants within two miles, so come on let the vacation begin

Front of the villa: This is a corner lot, parking for one car in the garage and 2 in the driveway, safe single story home, no stairs to climb after a busy day, this is a quiet area, the villa is accessible for elderly or infirm guest. it is a no smoking house but feel free to us the semi covered pool area to smoke in. the telephone system allows for free calls to anywhere in the USA and Canada. to call other countries we recommend purchasing a phone card these can be purchased locally.

Pool area: The pool is cleaned and tested weekly, their is a ready to go out door grill for your use, lots of pool seating, a fully screened in pool for your comfort, the pool can be heated in the winter season for as small charge, just let us know the day you plan on using it. their is a pool game net, and cool for your use at the villa.

Dining/Kitchen/ Living area : The kitchen area has glass ware, pots and pans, dish towels, and dish soap, off the kitchen is the washer an dryer, Iron and Iron board. The Dinning area seats 6, the living area has a love seat, couch that becomes a bed, Entertainment center, computer with Internet, the room is also stocked with games, moves, so have fun and enjoy your vacation.

  • $600 - $650/wk
  • There will also be a 15% charge added to the above rates, this covers state tax, lodging taxs, credit card and pay pal fees, all fees (except for money exchange rate fees)
    There is also a deposit up front of between 200.00( no pets) and up to 250.00 (with 2 pets) that will be paid to hold your dates and will be returned after your stay and after the house inspection has been completed and there is no damage and no more then general cleaning needed your deposit will be returned in full.

  • As you enter the Main house the first bedroom is to your right, a large master with a king size bed, with FiosTV, DVD sound system, Large private Bathroom with a deep tub and separate shower. the second bed room has 2 twin beds and a game system also Fios TV, it is right off the kitchen and next to the second full bathroom. the third bedroom if off the pool area it is a very private room with a Queen bed and a futon a TV with Fios cable, its own bath room. all bed rooms have direct access to the pool. Their is also a pull out twin bed in the living room all bedrooms have alarm clocks and TV, master has fiosTV and DVD player and lots of clothes storage .

A Fantastic Vacation

We stayed for 2 months and had a great vacation. This house is very spacious and is close to all amenities including Disney, shopping, restaurants, attractions, golf, fishing or just about anything else you can think of. The in-law sutie is perfect for families as well as a comfortable place for friends or family who may come for a visit. The pool is a focal point with all bedrooms having a view of it and serves as a great water vollyball court..
A thanks to Francis and Elsy for making our stay enjoyable. They were very attentive to our needs while giving us absolute privacy. I would not hesitate to return to this unit for another extended stay.

AWESOME VACATION HOME

This was our first time renting a vacation home and it was a great idea. The house was very clean and close to all attractions. It was great to have a pool just for ourselves.

It is very convenient to everything without being in the middle of everything. The home came with all the amenities to enjoy our stay. There was a 24 hour Wal-mart down the road we could get groceries at to cook our own meals to save money on dining out.

The owners are very friendly and we will definitely stay here again next time we come to Orlando.

LUUVED IT!!

The owners were amazing. Last summer my sister and I needed to get away from city life so we packed up the car with our kids ages 17,15,13 and my 2 dogs and headed down to the house. The House was soo clean and well maintained..we loved the pool..My dogs loved being outside with us poolside. I look forward to renting again in the future. I definitely recommend this vacation home!!
