It's time to reserve for the summer before booking dates fill up. Our own private pool will be open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Many of the most popular homes in Sunriver feature the reverse living concept, with the living area and master bedroom upstairs. The cathedral ceiling living room with many windows is light, bright and airy. Two bedrooms and a bath downstairs give privacy during the evening. Three TVs, two DVD/VCRs, AM/FM stereo with CD changer and Sirius hookup, and games and puzzles provide entertainment if you must stay indoors. Two bicycles with helmets are provided to ride the miles of bike trails, as well as a badminton set for the lawn.

The condominiums have its own swimming pool. It is only a short walk to the Woodlands Golf Course, North Pool and tennis courts. Sunriver Owners Association's new recreation facility, SHARC, is now open. Enjoy the ampitheater, cafe, tubing hills, indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river and water slides during the summer; tubing hills and indoor pool during the winter.

RECREATION (SHARC) PASSES ARE INCLUDED AT NO EXTRA 'RECREATION FEES' CHARGES.

Why the Owner Chose Sunriver: I have enjoyed skiing at Mt. Bachelor for more than 20 years. It was time to have my own place to stay and return to after a day on the slopes. Now that I am retired, after teaching more than 30 years in middle school, I actually find the spring and fall seasons the most enjoyable in Sunriver.

The Unique Benefits of this Condominium: When the weather is bad on the mountain, I can always put on some snowshoes and head out to the golf course. During golf season there are too many golf courses to choose from. I could take a bike ride on the bike paths every day.

Ski: Mt. Bachelor is open for skiing from mid-November through May, with summer lift rides, frisbie golf down the mountain, and dinner at the mid-mountain lodge.

The owner Charles was great... My wife and I spent our honeymoon here in Sunriver. We where scrambling to find a place to say because our original place fell threw. Charles was polite, professional and answered all my questions and concerns. The condo was clean and had all amenities needed and even had two mountain bikes and had several bike routes and activities near by. Will absolutely return in the future.

The house is clean and fully stocked with everything that you would need in order to relax and have a nice vacation. Also, loved that our pool was right across the street. That saved quite a bit of money by not having to go the SHARK every day. : )

The house is as described and was well located, clean when we arrived, and was well-maintained. The owner stayed in touch with us by email and appeared to enjoy having us as guests. He also provided updates and directions to get to the property.

I would recommend this property to any one who would like to stay at Sunriver area, which has a number of attractions near by.
Owner's Response: Yes, I enjoy communicating with my guests, like to find out what their interests are, and help with suggestions for things to do while in Sunriver.
A note to future visitors: Follow my directions to Fairway Village, GPS tries to send guests to Fairway Lane in either Sisters or Sunriver.

We want to let you know how much we enjoyed staying at your condo! It was our first time to Sunriver and we loved it! We spent one day downhill skiing at Mt. Bachelor, and the other days cross country skiing around the golf courses, walking the plowed “bike paths”, ice skating, and chilling. We loved the location of #15 Fairway Village – we felt we had a lot of privacy and that it was very quiet and comfortable. The weather and the snow conditions cooperated beautifully as well.
Thanks for sharing your condo with us. We are already planning a trip back this summer!
