Wonderful summer destination

This is by far our favorite summer destination. We have rented this house for the past 6 years and hope to continue to rent it for years to come. The house is clean, warm and inviting and the owners, Frank and Lisa are a pleasure to deal with! We love it here for many reasons including the short walk to a beautiful beach, the basketball and tennis courts along with a large semi-private backyard. We typically invite lots of friends down to visit and are never cramped by lack of space. Our two sons, (24yo and 20yo) always arrive with friends in tow for at least one of the 2 weeks we rent. They set up a large volleyball net in the yard for some competition and fun after a day at the beach. The back yard easily accommodates the net while leaving plenty of room for the cheering gallery.
This location is very convenient to the sights and activities in Narragansett and Block Island as well as being in close proximity to other beaches. There are plenty of restaurants around from high end Spains to casual seafood restaurant-Aunt Carries.
We have rented other houses in the Scarborough Beach area, Cape Cod and in Maine and nothing comes close to this property! The house is every bit as pretty as the pictures posted on this site.
