Condo, 1 Bedroom + Bunk Area, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

New owners have just had this unit(#1004) professionally painted and decorated with beautiful matching colors throughout. The new kitchen features beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and custom built glass cabinetry. Four new flat screen TV's have been added for extra enjoyment, two of which are TV/DVD's located in new built-in bunks. Your kids will love them! This unit comes with two full baths that feature new cabinetry and have either a large shower or bathtub.New dark tile floor in the bedroom completed in December 2012.This unit is located just steps from the elevator and the laundry room yet is extremely quiet. You will enjoy the panoramic view of the ocean as well as the ocean sounds that fill the condo. The Pelican Beach Resort is in the heart of Destin and is located across from the Big Kahuna waterpark . Tennis courts are located on the premises. An indoor pool, outdoor pool, exercise room, steam room, sauna and seasonal cafe and market will enhance your stay.

About The Owner

My wife and I own a real estate company in Tennessee as well as rental property in Tennessee and now in Florida. We bought this beachfront condo to 'get away' from the business and just relax looking at the ocean! We hope to someday move to the beach for good.

We enjoyed the excellent facilities and the entire area for a whole wonderful month. The amenities were as described and we were impressed by the cleanliness and maintenance of Pelican Beach Resort. She will be back next year

Amy stated that everything was perfect and she has not slept so well in quite some time. Her husband also slept very well.

I asked her about her 19 year old daughter and she stated that she is sleeping on the top bunk and is sleeping very well. I forgot to ask her if the daughter was enjoying the entertainment center at the foot of her top bunk. There is also one for the bottom bunk.

Amy also informed me they knew where they were staying during next years vacation. Thank you Amy and all my vacationers who stay in #1004.
