Activities and Location: The cottage is located with in walking distance from Caledonia Street (restaurants, shops, movie theater), Kayaking, Open water rowing and Sausalito's beach are a 10 minute walk and can been seen from the view. The Ferry is a 15 minute walk, and the bus is at the end of the street.
We live in the main house on the same property as the cottage. We are a family of 3 people, one newfoundland dog, and one cat. We're quite busy with our work (Heath Ceramics - down the road). We are often traveling for our work and are away many weekends, which makes the property very quite for our guests.
Location and character! The property was original built in 1896, so lots of character and charm. This is the perfect location as it's just slightly up the hill so you can have a beautiful view, but not so far up the hill that it's too hard to walk to the water and restaurants.
Other Activities: shopping. kayaking, boating, wildlife viewing
