Döllach in summer:
'An active natural mountain experience' for the whole family in the breathtaking scenery of the Hohe Tauern national park. Relaxing on the lush mountain pastures with their sumptuous alpine flora, relaxing along the crystal-clear streams or the deep mountain lakes - and take home a real nature experience. Specialities: forest festivals at the fairground, concerts of traditional music, hikes to the gold tunnels, fly-fishing in the Möll river, childrens’ adventure hikes with games and fun around the campfire, horseback riding, tennis, and a well-located swimming pool. There are many hiking paths as well as destinations to the renowned Großglockner high alpine road, guided hikes - you can experience all of this here.
Ski:
There is a rope tow lift for children and beginners in Döllach, only 5 minutes from our vacation cottage. With the ski-bus you can reach 'Ski-Heiligenblut am Großglockner' in 15 minutes. There awaits you between 1301 to 2912 m, 14 ski lifts and 55 km of slopes. It is possible to ski from the top all the way down to the valley. The are fantastic slopes for deep powder snow skiers. No waiting times! With the possibility of two different ski schools you will learn ski in no time at all. For small children there is all-day supervision with lots of fund and action.
