House, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6-8)

3 Bedroom, 2 Bath house in Beautiful Holiday Island, Arkansas. House sits on the island and on the golf course. It is walking distance to the Recreation Center which is available to guests for nominal daily fees. Rec center has 2 pools, tennis, shuffle-board, mini-golf, etc. Guests also have access to 2 golf courses. 9 hole island course, and 18 hole mainland course. You are only 10 minutes from Eureka Springs, AR, and 1 hour from Branson, MO.

The kitchen was fully remodeled in 2008 with granite counter-tops and all new appliances. The kitchen is open and offers a large counter island for both food prep and dining with bar stools. There is beautiful cherry hard wood throughout the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen also opens into the spacious living room

New in 2009 is a beautiful 'Sun Room' with vaulted ceiling, sky lights, walls of windows that over-looks holes 1, 2, 3 & 9 on the 9 hole golf course. Cherry hard wood floors, and sliding door access to a new deck for outdoor access. There is a new High Definition flat screen in the sun room with DirecTV.

All bedrooms have cable or Directv and there is also another television in the living room. The home is roomy and there is plenty of space for family reunions and relaxation. Enjoy views of the lake and the beautiful countryside. Play at the rec center or venture into Eureka Springs for sightseeing, shopping, and dining. Rent a boat at the marina or bring your own boat. Fish, ski, or swim on the head waters of beautiful TableRock Lake.
