This place was fantastic. It had plenty of space for my group of 11 to sleep comfortably. There was also an ample amount living and dining space for all as well, but the main congregating area for us was on the side deck where there was plenty of room for everyone to sit out and look at Marthas Vineyard and watch the kids play in the back yard. The back yard provided hours of entertainment for the kids and had plenty of space to play a full wiffle ball game. There was plenty of toys and towels for everyone and it was just a short walk to the beach where most of the time we were the only ones there. Best of all was the interactions with the owner. Kim was always available for questions and did a great job ensuring we had everything we needed for a great stay. This place was perfect for us and we can't wait to rent it again.

We stayed in Falmouth for my best friend's wedding, and all I can say is wow. We had a phenomenal time, the owners were absolutely wonderful, and had the house fully prepared with any amenity I could think to need. There was plenty of room and an amazing view, I couldn't have been happier. I wish I could be there everyday, for the rest of my life. Every morning, although on vacation, my lab and I were up at five am, walking the beach watching the sunrise enjoying the tide and breeze. I can't wait to go back. I officially have a (very) salty dog. I unpacked our beach shells, and he smelled them and was wagging his tail- he misses it too. We had a beautiful time, I can't say enough about this place. Out off all of the family and friends that came for this cape wedding- we had the nicest place to stay. I can't wait to return.

Nothing better than sitting on the beautiful 2 level deck enjoying the sea air and view of ocean. The house is lovely – has everything you need. Kitchen is fully stocked and the home has plenty of linens and towels. The beds were very comfortable and the layout was just great – all bedrooms were a nice size; especially upstairs bedrooms with gorgeous views. The yard was fabulous; my kids had a blast playing games and enjoying running around the property. We would definitely rent this house again. Such a bonus to be so close to the beach! Also, the owner was an absolute delight to deal with.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Just finished unpacking from a wonderful week at this cottage.Perfect weather helped.Deck view was even better than pictures and we spent alot of time relaxing there.Would rent this cottage again.Great location,clean and just what we hoped for.
