The Villa Encantada is a reminder of the style homes built throughout Central America many years ago. Inspired by the ruins of Guatemala and Mexico. From the large columns and stone work to the beautiful fountains, large "Terraza" areas in front of the ocean can only be described as fabulous.

The Master Suite includes a King size four poster bed. 42" flat screen with DVD, mini frig. and safe.

The large, private oversized bathroom has shower for two. Bathtub for that relaxing bath at the end of your day.

The Guest Cottage is a suite all by itself... with a Queen size bed, private kitchenette, living room and large rock bathroom.

The Guest Suite has a Queen size bed and queen pull out sofa bed with separate living room area and private bathroom.

The Guest Room has a double size bed and is approximately 300 square feet with private shower. This small but adorable bedroom has a Secret Garden where you can relax and enjoy the moment.

The Villa was built with the pool in the center of the property for all to enjoy. Large outdoor pool side dinning area with ocean views.

Why The Owner chose Jaco

The owners are Greek and well traveled throughout the world. They have been diligently looking for an international vacation property for several years and looked at several places in Costa Rica. This property had all the amenities, the architecture, the privacy, and the feeling of luxury that they were looking for in a property. The layout of the villa gives each guest a sense of privacy, yet the pool and open air dining area located in the center of the floor plan, encourage a sense of family and community - making it the ideal rental for both couples as well as groups.

What makes this villa unique

We love that the Villa is such a short distance to the main town of Jaco (3 minutes) yet is private and one of the few villas on the beach available for rental. Within a 5 minute walk there are several nice restaurants and bars that are easily accessible. The area of the beach is private yet open to locals.

Villa is within walking distance to 'Monkey Island' (locally named) - an uninhabited, undeveloped island accessible by crossing river at low tide. You can explore the island, watch the monkeys, go snorkeling and look for lobsters among the rocks.
